I had reached out to a few detailers at the end of the year as I had a newborn on the way and the interior was covered in dog fur. Zel was quick to respond, understood my concerns, gave me a reasonable quote and was able to fit me into his schedule that same week. I'll let the photos speak for themselves, but Zel was nothing short of amazing. How he was able to remove all the fur was a miracle. Even my wife said how we got back a brand new car.

Zeo’s Car Detailing really went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations. I needed to get my car detailed because of some throw up in my backseat… it smelt like beer and vomit. I never thought my car was going to smell the same again. When I originally called on Saturday, they couldn’t find me an appointment until the following week, so I didn’t book it (I needed something ASAP), but I got a call back within 10 minutes saying they could fit me in on Monday at 7 am. It was very obvious from the start that they were trying to work with my situation and cared! Upon pick up, I was AMAZED. My interior looked brand new and was glowing. The smell was completely gone and even old stains from my seat that were there when I bought my car were gone. They even took the time to wipe down the exterior and make her shine! I had a lot of rain/dirt buildup where my trunk opens and they cleaned it spotless which put the biggest smile on my face (it’s the little things that matter!) I cannot thank Zeo’s enough for doing such a fantastic job. The pictures don’t even do it justice lol!

5 stars doesn’t suffice how amazing my experience was. Outstanding service from start to finish from a staff that genuinely cares about their customers and their satisfaction. I’m moving soon and needed my vehicle cleaned and ready to ship, and with short notice the owner Zel Norris (Zeo) worked closely with me to meet my needs despite having to shift things around last minute. Upon receiving my vehicle I was beyond stunned and that was before I even got close to it. I use my truck as it’s intended and it can get dirty inside and out. The tender love and care for the craft that is vehicle detailing is well demonstrated with the work from him and his team. It truly was night and day from the start and end product. He truly went above and beyond for the price I paid with the work he did including some things that I myself have had difficulties cleaning in the past. If quality, care, and amazing customer service is important to you I can’t recommend this company enough. I refuse to go elsewhere. This is not my first experience with Zeo’s Detailing and it is not my last. There are options and packages for everyone all over Oahu, either at his shop in Kalihi or through his island wide mobile detailing services. I look forward to working with him and his team again through me or any of my friends and family.

Quality of service was awesome!! Well detailed, I had a lot of fall-outs or paint contamination and they got it good. Top it off with some great polish work. Customer service was excellent, they discuss and gave a sample of how the detailing would turn out on the day of price quoting. The staff was very friendly and took care. We recently had our 2011 Toyota Highlander ceramic coated and interior detailed at Zeo’s Detailing. The paint looks deeper and glossier than it ever has, including the headlights and rims. The interior detailing was impressive. From the ceiling, dashboard, seats, sidings, floor mats, carpet was removed, meticulously cleaned and conditioned. The car now looks 10 yrs younger. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and care they put into their work. We highly recommend Zeo and definitely be coming back!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Zel and his team at Zeo’s Detailing! I booked completely last minute and he still managed to fit me in with zero hesitation. My car is 12 years old and, honestly, I’ve never had it professionally detailed before. It was bad. Spiders, roaches, stains, grease, old black gunk, dents, scratches… you name it. But when I picked it up? I was shocked. My car looks and smells BRAND. NEW. I literally didn’t recognize it. Every corner, every crevice, every surface, spotless! They managed to erase years of grime and neglect. The transformation is insane. And the best part? It feels SO good to drive my car again. I forgot what it felt like to enjoy being behind the wheel of my own vehicle. Zel kept me updated the entire time, sent me professional photos of the progress, and explained everything he was doing. He’s incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even gave me tips for upkeep and recommendations for things I should consider in the future. The whole experience was beyond amazing. Don’t even bother looking anywhere else. Just go straight to Zeo’s Detailing. I’ve already told everyone I know because people keep asking where I got my car done. That’s how good it looks.
