He asked a couple of questions and quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a recommendations for where to take my car because he doesn’t have a tire balancer machine. Also offered to take a look at it after if the issue doesn’t go away. Very friendly and I was so thankful for the diagnosis and recommendation!
