I've been to different shops, but I can firmly say, this shop it's got it allđź‘Ź. Pros here know what they're doing, and the fact that is family operated makes it The Best since you can see how careful and diligent they are with their clients. Martin and Vlad worked on my vehicle. Picked my car up the same day đź‘Ť They also provide towing, which was super useful when I got stock on the highway. No haggle, no BS. Terrible shop! Told me I needed a new fuel pump when I really had an electrical issue. I paid them $900 USD to then pay another shop to fix the actual issue. Big scammers.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews like this but if you can’t do the basics why should you be recommended?? Went there looking for a replacement battery. Already had the battery out the car and was looking for a specific replacement. Told the owner what battery I wanted, they had to pick it up from another location and when the battery came, it was the wrong one. Owner gets an attitude and says if the car was there the mistake wouldn’t have happened. No I’m sorry, if you was attentive like ANY business would be, this wouldn’t have happened. Guy even left the window without saying if another battery will be bought or anything. Just left and ordered the proper batter from Amazon which was delivered the next day to my house.

I had a very disappointing experience at this auto body shop. The quality of work was unacceptable, and the customer service was extremely unprofessional. Communication was poor, and I did not feel respected as a customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone

I went to 1-2-3 Auto Service for an oil change on my BMW 750. My car was running perfectly fine before I brought it in. Immediately after the oil change, my engine started making a ticking noise. I took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion, and he told me the oil used was incorrect for my vehicle — basically regular low-quality oil, not the proper oil required for a BMW 750. I went back to 1-2-3 Auto Service to have them fix the issue, and instead of taking responsibility, the owner laughed at me and tried to blame me, saying I was “revving” the engine. I’m 40 years old — I’m not a kid, and I would never abuse my car. Now I’m being told I may be facing $5,000–$10,000 in engine damage because of their mistake. I will never do business with them again. I strongly recommend avoiding this place — they do not care about customers’ cars and will cut corners to save money.
