Not only did they pay me $52 but they did the cleanest install I've ever had and in around 30 minutes. I've had my windshield replaced by 4 companies in the valley and this was by far the best. Safelite was probably the worst, they reused the weather stripping and it ended up flapping all over the place while driving a month or so later. 2 U replaced it with new along with the windshield trim panels. I can't recommend them enough.

Made a Small Problem Much Worse! I came to 2 U Glass & Tint with a small rock chip in my Tesla windshield, hoping for a quick and professional repair. Unfortunately, the technician applied excessive pressure during the process and ended up cracking the entire windshield! What started as a minor issue now requires a full (and expensive) replacement. I chose this place based on their 5-star reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. Not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they also made it significantly worse. Now I’m left dealing with the hassle and cost of a full windshield replacement because of their mistake. I would strongly advise others to think twice before going here—poor workmanship and a complete lack of care resulted in a much bigger problem for me. Save yourself the trouble and find a more competent repair service. They are not even apologetic of their mistake!

I recently had my windshield repaired, and this company truly stood out from all the others I called. What made the difference was how upfront and helpful they were. Since I didn’t have coverage for my windshield, they actually gave me options and explained everything clearly. Other companies tried to make me feel like the only reason their quotes were higher was because the cheaper ones were using low-quality or even used glass. That wasn’t the case here at all. This company is run by genuine, authentic people who actually care about doing right by their customers. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare to find in business these days, and I really appreciate it. Kudos to them for setting the standard and treating people the right way.

After the install there was a small unnoticed chip in the upper right of the windshield. It spread into a crack about a day later. I am 100% sure the installer chipped it in error. The real issue is when I asked for the final install photos there's a perfectly placed watermark over the chipped area. Matt is refusing to provide a picture without the watermark covering the chip. They're telling me it's an IT issue, and cannot provide pictures! Matt said that if it had been a techs mistake they would have hid the chip with tape. Nice! That's how quality is done at 2U Glass and Tint! Matt also told me they were a "preferred" State Farm vendor. State Farm was like nah we don't do business with them, you picked them! The $150 🙄 back is not worth it! Go with SafeLite for quality work, materials, and customer service. Update 11/12: I am pretty excited to have Safelite replace the work that 2U glass did this coming Friday. I’ll do another update after all the work is done. Matt has big accusations of a dishonest review, I did receive $150 for the vehicle, I updated the review. Below is Matt’s quote, doesn’t seem out of context. You can see his quote in the screenshot of his text. “ If that was caused by us the tech would have hid it with the tape.””

They were easy to schedule with, showed up as expected to where my car was parked, and did the work quickly. We needed to replace the front windshield on our Ford, repair the back window motor, and fix the window tint on our Kia and they did a fantastic job on everything.
