I went here for gas and carwash..i presented my receipt of proof of my carwash..lady was rude and refuse to give me the 10 cents off despit my receipt. Not good customer service at all. Walked away while I was talking and sat down to finish her food. Don't know what happen to good service..

Indian River location: The mechanic / state inspector Joshua tried to scam into getting the control arms replaced at a cost of 1393.90 in order to pass inspection. This occured on 4/5/19. This same situation occurred to another customer about five months ago. Do you see a pattern here? I have had two mechanics tell me the control arms are good. I have the evidence and documentation to back up this allegation I will be talking to the owner of skymart. I hope he is not part of this con. A refund of my 20.00 for the failed inspection is all I want. I will be telling everyone I know that skymart is a corrupt shop. Additionally I will be

So I was refused service from the night cashier lady named Sheena, I am 3 months pregnant and she said she wasn't going to take my food stamp card, because she said I had an attitude with her from a previous time I was in the store, which I don't knw anything about. Also when I called up there to get corporate number, she again refused that as well, and was very nasty to me on the phone, when I asked her name and the number for corporate she again refused and hung up. What needs to be done that workers are refusing pregnant woman any service??

SKYMART Zero's!!! Mrs Gwen the Manager catered the Baha'is of South Hampton Roads convention and the food absolutely wonderful. They came in early to make sure it was freshly prepared, salads were fresh. The sub sandwiches was delicious and on point. The Baha'is ate well and we had enough food left over to take home. If you have to feed a crowd need a job catering contact Mrs Gwen shewill take care of you. SKYMART is very clean environment. I will recommend to everyone I know

I now see why this place is always empty. The last time I was in here I saw the person making subs drop a sub roll on the floor, pick it up, and proceed to make a sandwich with it. Today I was in here with my grandson to get him a quick snack and drink. He knocked a few things off the shelf by accident and this lady started cursing me out for it. It was a 35-44 year old lady with braided hair. I did not catch her name, as I was in a hurry to get my grandson out of there. He’s just a child and it was an accident. My grandson was traumatized. I will never be back. I have never witnessed behavior like this, especially in front of a child!!

Dont order food from their restraunt. Took almost 45 minutes to cook one cheeseburger. Then it still wasnt ready. I left. If i waited it wouldve been about a full hour. Lady try to tell me it takes that long to cook. Weird. Anyone else heard of cheeseburgers taking 1 hr to cook? Slow, unorganized, oblivious. Crazy part. Most of the time they arnt even busy. Just Superrrrrrrr slowwww, act like they dont care and just rolled out of bed. Dont order lunch here unless you clear your whole afternoon of any obligations.

Ordered a Philly steak & cheese(only thing I eat there) , worst philly I’ve ever had at any Zeros ever.. tasted nowhere near what the normal is. Very greasy and my bread was extremely soggy. You can tell the employees are not Servsafe certified either, lack of glove changing, writing on the notepad with gloves on, had to ask for him to change his gloves. First and last time going to this location.

The cashier in Zero’s subs was very RUDE!! This was my first time going here and I will never return!! The incompetent cashier was repeating the wrong information back to me about what I wanted on my sub. Once I finished ordering I asked her “can you repeat my back to me please” she sighed and rolled her eyes as if it was too much work for her to repeat an order back. I work hard for my money and I refuse to spend it at a place that doesn’t appreciate customers. I walked out and went to Marco’s pizza and subs instead where the customer service was 1000.

They have clearly cleaned up their act. Went in there in early 2020 and it was a mess. Now they have a smoke shop, gambling machines, Zeros Subs, pizza and a chicken joint. The place is much cleaner now, the food is amazing and the place is never packed. It does take about 20 minutes to get your food, but that is because they are making it fresh. A good place for great food.

Under new ownership and you can tell the difference. I pass other stores just to do my business with this store. I have become a regular at this store now. There food is really delicious. And I'm not saying that to say it. So many options to choose from. I'm hungry right now thinking about some of there food. I haven't tried it all yet. But for the most part. It's definitely a great place to check out. Gas, food, carwash. Smoke shack. The employees are nice and friendly. Clean atmosphere. Thanks for a wonderful experience as always. See yall tomorrow

They need to change the sign. I’ve come here twice and they were closed both times. This morning it was 8am on a Friday and they were closed. I understand finding good workers is hard — but would it kill them to have listed hours instead of claiming to be 24/7 when they’re not?
