Car broke down miles away from home on July 4th afternoon. Two hours and one reasonably priced repair later, we were back on the road. It's a small, family owned spot with an owner and staff who are honest and down to earth. Repairs come with a warranty and you can pass the time away at the Chinese restaurant across the street :-)

Very quick and easy service! I had a situation where someone broke into my car and Safelite wanted to charge me almost $325 dollars to replace the window, labor, etc. but I came here and they did it for literally 1/5 of the cost to do what Safelite wanted to do. I now know who to recommend my family and friends to if something goes wrong. Thanks guys!

The worst place to go to. I went there for DMV inspection at midnight and the guy that was on duty was forcing me to change my tires and license plate light with him before he can do the inspection for me. I asked him how much he gonna change the bulb for me, he said $30 but I then told him I will change the bulb myself and come back. The next day I got the bulb for $6 and change it myself. Then I went back their for the inspection but he said he won’t do the inspection for me because I refused to pay $30 to change my bulb. Can you imagine the differences. The guy is so arrogant and dishonest.

HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE. I never write reviews, but I had to do this to warn everyone! I was having issues with my 2002 Honda CR-V. My car would not turn on. Everything would light up, but it would not start. I know I needed a new starter as two other mechanics had told me this would fix the problem. I had to tow my car as it was in the way double parked, and was bought here as it was late on a Sunday. THIS PLACE IS NOT "24 HOURS" DESPITE IT SAYING SO. they explained to me that the mechanic will work on my car tomorrow morning and would give me a call when he came in at 9:30 a.m. That following morning I called around 10 a.m. after not receiving a call from them. They played games with me. They had me call every 30 minutes to every hour because either the mechanic wasn't in yet or he stepped out for a break. FINALLY around 2 p.m. they called my husband and told him that the engine was done and it would cost almost $3,000.00 to fix it. These people are SCAMMERS. I ended up getting a new car, and going back to pick up some stuff from my old CR-V before having it towed to trash. While picking up the stuff inside my car, my husband tries to turn on the car. and BAM. it turns on. we drove it an hour to long island to keep it safe in case we had anymore issues with it. An hour drive and no problems. It just needs a new starter. I AM FURIOUS WITH THESE PEOPLE. All of the lies and had me scrambling without a car with a little child. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING. We paid the "test fee" $110.00. Which I believe they didn't even look at my car, and just said the engine was done. We had realized after we left this place that they never returned my keys to me. The next day my husband went to pick up my keys and spoke with the mechanic that "looked at my car". He said to my husband that when he said engine he meant "starter". LIES. Because why would it take almost $3,000.00 to fix a starter ????????? also the guy we paid the money to take the car after we turned it on didn't report that we had paid already. This place is not trust worthy. They lie. They're scammers. Also very unprofessional.

Great place, great service. I went there on a rainy night at 11pm and they got me in for an inspection on the spot. No appointment needed, no waiting. I pulled in the bay and the mechanic was working on it within 5 minutes!

I had a 2 1/2 nail in one of my tires. I was immediately taken care, no waiting in line. The man ( I think his name is Gabriel) was super kind and I was out of there in minutes. The only place I would go to fix my flat.

Extremely rude! My car broke down on a Sunday eve. I rang the garage, they confirmed that are there all night and gave a number to their tow truck contact. 2 hours later I called the tow truck. The truck got there, I rang the garage to confirm we're coming. He told to me he's going home for the night, does not care about my business and that I should've come earlier. Extremely rude over the phone and I ended up wasting the $200 for towing. These guys are clearly not 24x7! Have a look through other reviews before visiting and you'll know exactly was their tactics are! Avoid at all costs!

Rip off. Initially quoted me $250 for both my control arms on my 15' mazda 6, just labor. I came. What the parts and he tried to flip the script and charge me $750. I almost left my car but quick Google search of the average cost and I found out it was a ripoff. I took it to another mechanic and was charged $250 for the labor, the parts I already had. I wouldn't trust this place with my hard earned money. They will try and rip you off and over charge you hundreds. It's disgusting and puts a bad name on mechanics.

Asked for the price to replace a wheel stud that broke on a wheel. A middle eastern guy game out and quoted me $225. What a joke. The wheel stud cost $3 and the nut $2, you jack up the tire and place it in with a power drill and it’s done in less than 10 minutes. What a joke. Stay away, dishonest place.

Don’t go here. This guy is a ripoff. I went in for an inspection & he triggered my sensor and said there was something wrong with my car, that he’ll pass it for me, but will charge me $100. Be very aware with this place.

Fake 24 hour shop. They cannot fix any car. All I need was a screw re-tightened. Every basic work. Explained this as they have a lift. Sent me away.

They're open 24/7 but, other then tire repairs, their prices are very high. In addition, don't trust them with a car inspection. They charged me $75 for my inspection. I had changed the battery, so my car wasn't passing the inspection. They told me that if I paid them $700 they told me they would drive my car long enough for my car to pass. It never happened. They stole $775 from me. They swindled me. Do not trust this place with your car.

I havent even made it to this place yet and will not even think of going!!! I called to ask what time they start doing inspections even if it says 24hrs cause maybe some services are timely. And all I got was straight rudeness. I couldnt even ask how much it was due to him hanging up right away 🙄 I called back and they disconnected the phone smh 🤦🏽♀️

We had our radiator fail in NYC. The tow driver recommended them. The car was ready in 3 hours. We picked up very late after a game at Madison Square Garden. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Warning. Never go here. I had the misfortune of my car stalling near their shop and decided to go there. It was the worst mistake I've ever made in my life. I brought it in for a busted radiator. They called me the next day and told me it was ready. They wanted $1250. I thought it was overpriced but it was a 24-hour shop, and it was the middle of the night when my car broke so I went and picked it up and paid by card. They fought me because they wanted cash. I told them that they didn't tell me beforehand when I brought the car in for repair that it was only cash, and they finally relented and accepted a card payment. I drove the car to where I was staying, which was 5 minutes away from the shop and I thought everything was resolved. I did not drive it for the rest of that day. The next day driving to work the car overheated again because it was never repaired. The car stalled several times and was smoking on the highway. I was fortunate enough to make it somewhere where I can call the shop. I called them up and told them that my car wasn't repaired. I had to bring the car into the shop again. They repaired it and then called me up to try to get another $1200 out of me. I refused to pay a second time for the same work that they didn't perform the first time. They held the car and put a lien on it after a month; after another month they called me and told me it was going int the Marshals office. They never apologized or took any accountability for not repairing my car and tried to extort me for another $1200 dollars. I'm still fighting them. I regret going to this shop. Never go somewhere because it's conveniently close by. Always read reviews first. Don't make the same mistake I did. It will cost you so much. The worst mechanic experience I have ever encountered. Stay far away from these overpriced extortionists.
