I got a flat on the way home to CT and was stock at the gas station around the corner. When I went to change the tire with my spare I found that I had misplaced my wheel lock. On top of this I found I had left my credit card and was not carrying much cash at all. I didn't think there was going to be a simple solution to this and was expecting to be stuck out there all day and was supposed to go back to work back to go to work. I noticed this shop around the corner and asked if they could help me get the lock off but explained my situation. They kindly pulled my car into the shop, broke the lock off and changed my tire for me as a favor. It's this type of service you don't see anymore and I will make sure I continue to drive out here to do business the next time I have a car problem. There are alot of small shops around this area but this one is by far the most organized and very professional. Thank you Teddy's!!

Went to teddys because my dealership was ripping me off. Carmelo found the real issue with my car and repaired it saving me $1,500.00. This guy was honest and very professional. I was in town from Delaware and my Lexus GX460 needed an oil change, tire rotation and balancing. None of the local Lexus dealership in the tri-state area could not get me in right away. I was skeptical about Teddy's but i was blown away by the top-notch customer service and not to mention the fair and reasonable pricing. I wish we had a Teddy's in Delaware. If you visit them ask for Melo he is very knowledgeable and he gives you the bottom line up front. Happy customer here.

After being mishandled in other places I reached out to Teddy's. They took care of me going above and beyond. I explained that my wife went to these other places including the dealership that previously passed us and failed the inspection because of our tints. Needless to say, they performed our inspection and passed us. They also showed me proof the tints were good by testing them in front of me. They are more than worth the money.

I agreed for Changing my Honda 2007 AC Compressor for certain amount for parts and labor , later they did add other things to the invoice that sums to Extra $400 . I Checked the Invoice with 2 other mechanics and the explained that it should be Parts and labor (all extras is unfair). Make sure you agree for a total price before you leave your car (because they will tell you we disconnected the parts to get you stuck with them). They also charge a lot for diagnosis while usually mechanics provide it as part of the service. It cost me more than the dealer price at the end . I wish I have taken it to the dealer. When I called to ask for partial refund for unfair extras , They acted arrogant and hang up the phone. They charged me $600 for my AC compressor(Parts) while it only cost less than $200 saying that their compressor is guaranteed and other compressors are not guaranteed.

Let me first start off by saying they have GREAT customer service. Ruban has been so helpful and patience with my dad's mini van. We came here without an appointment and explain the issue we were experiencing and he went right to work and found the issue quickly. He explain what was wrong and how it could be fix. They had our car out the same day within a few hours. We followed up with Ruban and Carmelo again for other services that my father needed to get done and again they took time out to explain what needed to be done and worked on the car throughly . I want to thank them for all there help, they are not only professional but very knowledgeable and service is great. Thank you guys!

my 2006 honda accord's lower ball joint broke and the axle came out on highway. i was going to junk the car but these guys replaced the two parts and the car runs perfect now. 1) they didn't RIP me off 2) very honest and straight forward communication. 3) great workmanship. Recommend them 100%

The price for the oil change wasn't terrible for a bmw x1. And they were very friendly and seemingly accommodating. However they stripped one of my lugnuts so I wasn't given a proper tire rotation and when I was driving my vehicle the tires weren't balanced so it was a super wobbly ride. When I took my vehicle to the tire shop the following day to get my tires balanced and properly rotated they found a screw in my tire which I'm almost positive came from teddy's because it wasn't there before I took the vehicle there. I also made sure they were aware that I needed my vehicle by 1pm as I had to drive to work. I arrive at 1:15 and my vehicle was still up on the lift with 3 tired off. I didn't get my vehicle until almost 1:45. Give yourself ample time if you plan on having them do any work on your vehicle.. also prepare to go to someone else to have the job completed.

Solid establishment. I’ve been here plenty of times for different reasons. Greg & Melo, great mechanics, even better human beings. They listen. They troubleshoot effectively. Greg has accompanied me on a couple of test drives to determine certain issues and of course, corrected them in a timely fashion. Melo seamlessly mounted my mirror cover after informing me that it wasn’t the correct one but he’d made it work. To this day, I still forget it wasn’t the correct one.
