Worse experience ever. The repairs at the dealership costed less with a proper diagnostic and better knowledge. They should stick to salvage car repairs and oil changes.

I had my car Toyota Avalon towed to the shop after running diagnostic a repair man named George advised me to replace a crank sensor shortly after picking up the car and going for a less than one mile drive the car dunking donuts 1133 Mohawk St Utica NY 13501 the car wonts start after calling a towing service thru my insurance company which I have a record of the car started so I drove it back to the shop parked it there and since it was Friday I couldn't get hold of anyone but lucky on Saturday I saw an employee who was there to pick up a different car and he asked me to parked it and leave the keys in the drop box and they will check it on Monday it took a while to hear from them and after many phone calls which I have the phone records on my cell phone bill they said the crank sensor is showing again in the diagnostic and they are running out of option yet they did charge me 380.00 to replace the crank sensor and after speaking with Mohammed the owner he refused to refund. I don't really advice going to small shops like this when you can got a well known place that they will honor the warranty and be descent enough to admit that they couldn't find what's wrong.

I was quoted 200 to 300 for my back brake pads and one rotors thay was insane since i knew the parts for my car were not that much so I called and he only charges me $80 for labor and my oarts were 100 dollars will come again . it great to finally meet someome who is not teyimg to break you

This shop always try to over charge. Myanmar people go to them because there are one of few repair shop but always take advantage on price . They just make up stories and charge for it. Not recommended, my car did not fix after paying $750 for spark plugs change.

Had my car for a long time , didn’t look at it once , or order a part but had the nerve to quote me 2500$ These guys then threatened me and tried to get aggressive . Just go to pep boys or any other reputable shop ! They literally should be an oil and rotor change shop. They have no real mechanical skills just waste your time and overprice you for simple work.

I had a poor experience here. The mechanic was rude and kept pointing out problem that were none actually issues, which felt like an attempt to scam me. I was charged $180 for a repair that another shop completed for $40. I recommend getting a second opinion before using this shop. Avoid this shop. I'm just going to leave my reply here Just to clarify, the car you mentioned that you wanted to charge $180 for was a completely different vehicle. The car I brought in was not that one, and you know it. I had the inspection done, and the tires were replaced for $170 elsewhere, even though you told me it would cost over $500 to fix and pass inspection. While I was backing up, I lightly bumped your brother’s car. The roads were slippery, and the car already had so much existing damage that you made me feel like I caused it. Thankfully, when we watched the footage with the police, it clearly showed that I hit a different area than the damage you first claimed I caused. The way you and your team handled the situation was rude and unprofessional.
