On our way back to Tucson and our car broke down. No other shop would take it as they would be closing in an hour and a half. Went to 4Js, not realizing they were already closed and getting ready to leave for the day. They listened, realized the issue, and even though it was going to take 3 hours to fix said they would stay and work on it. Saved us a 2 night stay in Phoenix. Got us back on the road in the time stated and at a more than fair price. These guys are awesome. Thank you Jose and Johnny!

Honest and reliable! They went above and beyond with repairs my car was in need of. Johnny and Beto never price gouged me, tried upselling me and when I had to bring my car in for a minor unexpected issue that I thought was resolved, Beto went right out to check the issue and fixed it within 30 min. For reference, my car had an oil leak coming out of a gasket, the AC wasn’t working, a CO2 sensor wasn’t working due to the oil leak. I’m telling you, there were things here and there that were just aggravating and 4J’s helped with everything at a very affordable price! Thank you guys! Note: If you can do your due diligence and feel comfortable buying your own car parts to bring to them that may help you with additional cost savings. Johnny had no problem with me ordering the parts to bring to him. Mind you, I had done EXTENSIVE research and knew what I was doing. If you are not comfortable with researching and buying the correct car parts needed I would just leave it to the pros to help!

So far so good. Immediately saw an issue another shop called Half Price auto on 32nd st took all day couldn't find. Son speaks clearer English, dad doesn't as much but both good people and skilled mechanics at a very fair price. Looking forward to seeing their new place when they expand. Hope it not too far from us. My partner and I have been relying on them. Expanding means they are doing good and have a good customer base. Too me that's a good sign.

Great service shop. I bring my Nissan in on a regular basis for oil change. My truck had a low air tire alert. It was gone once the mechanics where done doing the oil change. They inflated the tire without me asking. The mechanic also added coolant to radiator. Last time I had this kind of service was when I used to take it down to the dealership.

4J's came to the rescue after a bad experience with my last mechanic. They fixed my vehicle and charged what they said they were going to charge. Family owned and operated, I will be going back when needed. Update: I have gone back, and I am very glad that I did. It was an excellent experience. Update: My van has almost 400K miles and needed a new a/c blower fan. Once again 4J'S came to the rescue with their excellent service and prices.

I been here a few times and let me just say I never been more pleased with a service. They really try to help you and make sure it’s what your car needs. I feel most places will scam you and make you pay a lot for things you don’t need but they will not do that. They will find what’s wrong with it and be honest about it. Paid a lot of money to have something repaired and they did a quick fix which led to losing out on a lot of money . I wish it could have been resolved but I spent too much money for my car not to be repaired they did a faulty mechanic . I will never recommend them again. Because of this they will never have favor on their business . You can’t do that to people and expect to maintain a business .

I heard about this mechanic shop through a friend and will forever be thankful. They don't fix anything unless it needs to be fixed. Their prices are fair and if they say they'll be done by a certain day, it will be. I owe them more than this review. My truck is now over 400,000 miles and still running well thanks to them.
