These guys were very professional from start to finish. I was very upset after coming out of my apartment one morning and seeing me car had been damaged. I called around to various auto body shops and was told by all of them that they were two and three months out for turn around time. I finally found Five Star, and spoke to someone that assured me they could get to work right away with an assessment. I went into the shop and Rene was very helpful. He helped me file my claim with my insurance and suggested I get a rental car and they even took me to enterprise to pick up my rental. While my vehicle was being serviced Rene was very communicative thru text and I appreciated that. It put me at ease in a stressful situation. Once my insurance approved everything he started work on a Friday and I received my car back on a Monday. I would definitely recommend them and do business with them in the future‼️

My daughter was working in Colorado Springs. Someone in a parking lot backed into her and we needed body and paint work. As a father from out of state, not knowing anyone there, I read many reviews and spoke with many shops and felt best working with Carlos. Car was quickly and thoroughly estimated, taken-in about a week later, and returned about a week after as promised. Car was returned good as new.
