THE WORST 7-11 EVER!! GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER ON PHONE SAID THE OTHER GIRL WILL HELP SINCE I AM ON MY CELL. THE SLURPEE MACHINE WAS MAKING THE MACHINES THIS HAS TO BE THE ONLY 1 7-11 OUT OF A THOUSAND THAT DIDNT HAVE THEIR SLURPEES READY!! SHAME ON U!! I DROVE 40 MINUTES TO COME GET SLURPEES W MY FAMILY TO CELEBRATE MY LATE SON'S BIRTHDAY TODAY SINCE TURNING 21 HE BE APALLED FROM HEAVEN. WE WERE ALL DISGUSTED BY THIS ATROCITY. SHAME ON THOSE WORKERS!!

My husband and I both have COVID and we ordered some Dayquil via Uber Eats. We just opened up the delivery bag and found a note inside that says "We hope you feel better, Dan" - Employees of 7eleven It's been a very long and miserable week and this simple little note made both of us feel much better. THIS GAS STATION STEALS YOUR MONEY! If you dont pump all the gas you pay for this store Does Not return your unused money but KEEPS IT. I reported them to FDACS who refused to help so this Gas Station can just keep STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS. I will keep reporting them until someone does something about it

The new manager - Brian I think his name is Has whipped this 7/11 into shape. I no longer have to wait a week for them to get the cold mocha in, he orders extra just for me. I couldn't get the last people to order more or even look in the back for it, they'd just lie to me and say they didn't have it, they didn't realize I could see the box of it sitting in the cooler through the glass doors. The old crew would just turn machines off instead of put more food out to cook. The store also looks cleaner than it did . Pure laziness ran the day at 7/11 .. seems like it's running like a well oiled machine now. Vive le Brian! My main man-ager with the mocha!.. it's about time corporate wised up to the mess they had goin on at this location... Now they'll get more of my money

I called today to ask if they had Hong Qi mango ice cream. the person on the phone was very rude, and never gave me an answer. They said “ what.” with a very rude tone, but when i told them what i meant and tried to explain, they hung up. Unbelievable!!! the customer service here is very bad and i was never able to get an answer for my question. beware!!!
