I went to this location for a routine oil change and was asked to open the hood and car door. Technician started entering information and I asked him before he started to provide me with a price. They always quote different prices and the rep became upset because I questioned the prices and coupons. Based upon his attitude I told him I did not want an oil change. The tech stated we have already drained your oil and took off the filter. I advised him that I had not given him permission to do this and I wanted my car returned to the same condition when I arrived. The tech told me that I would have to pay for an oil change to get it back the way it was upon arrival. He became upset left and put oil in my car and slammed the hood. I asked to see the dipstick and he wiped it off with his fingers to let me know he had replaced the oil. It was black, since I had just put oil in my engine last week, the oil from the dipstick was not jet black. I asked him what kind of oil it was and he said he put conventional oil in my car instead of synthetic that was removed. This person told me to leave because he had another customer! Poor customer service, he took advantage of disable senior citizen.

This place is great! As a woman, I am cautious of some car service places that try and upcharge everything but I didnt get that from them here. They were all gentleman and very professional and even gave me a bogo on my windshield wipers, that truly did need to be replaced and gave me a coupon on my oil change that save me 25 bucks. Service was quick and efficient and they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was working properly, lights and all, before I left. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. It was also nice that I didnt have to even get out of the vehicle, like most other places require. All in all I am satisfied with the service!

I stopped in for an oil change a couple weeks ago and will definitely be a repeat customer! Steven, who worked on my car, was super knowledgeable and friendly—and he didn’t try to steamroll me (as so many mechanics do) into buying/replacing anything that wasn’t truly necessary. He did a great job; I was in/out in under 20 mins—and for $84, you can’t really bit it. (I bought the standard, mid-tier oil recommended for my Subaru.) Thanks a bunch to Steven! JiffyLube: give this man a raise! He most certainly deserves it!
