I picked up a nail in my front tire on 34th street and it immediately started going flat. I was very upset and terrified. But I believe God has a plan as Tires Plus was directly ahead in front of me on my side of the road. I pulled into the lot, and I was immediately met with the friendliest face in the man who was there. I am upset I forgot his name! It was Herb or something short like that. What a wonderful man! He took one look and knew it was a nail. He pulled it into the garage and patched the tire so fast!! And the bill was only 20 some dollars! I was so relieved! He saved the day! I am just so thankful. I will continue to go to the Tires Plus on 34th ST in Gainesville from now on. I am very grateful and I believe that someone was watching over me that day. Please tell that man thank you for me again. I am so appreciative.

So i was using tire plus since the summer of 2025 to get oil changes. They claimed in August I needed to get a valve replacement and a mount. I came in on December 8th to get service that they claimed I needed. I asked which service should I get first since they are both pricey for my pockets. They suggested the valve. So I paid them for the service. Picked up the car about 2 hours later. Within 5 days I was back letting them know my car was making weird sounds. I asked what did you guys do. They immediately said they didn't do anything wrong to my car. One of the mechanics drove with me in the passenger seat to see what I was speaking on. Everytime it made the weird noise when he accelerated my car I pointed it out. Instead of taking it inside when we returned to the shop he said it had nothing to do with the work they did and suggested I get some more service done. I explained i had no issues with my car until they did the work they suggested on it. They turned me away. I returned on December 29th to get an oil change and that took less than 20 minutes. By December 31st I was back because my car was now shaking uncontrollably and making weird sounds all throughout. The muffler was put put put sound can't go pass 40 miles the check engine light is on. I again asked what did you guys do to my car. They said they didn't do anything. They then sent another mechanic out to look under the hood and he said it was a misfire and removed the check engine light. I again explained my car was not acting like this until I came to you guys for service. They again refused to reimburse me so I can get the proper work done. I drove one block and the light he turned off was back on. I then took it to a different mechanic that had to clean tons of oil off of my engine area, spark plugs, and let me know that usually when a valve gasket is replaced there shouldn't be oil everywhere. That mechanic then pulled up the car fax and it showed the valve was already done in April 2 weeks before purchasing the vehicle. It was done at Nissan. So what did tire plus do to take 307.00 from me and cause my car to malfunction. They stole my money and did work that wasn't needed. Using fear tactics on a female to push me into paying for a service that they didn't even do properly. They messed up my vehicle and now I have to figure out how to fix the damage they caused. I am furious and I am now looking for an attorney that can help me in this situation. They may be good at fixing tires but they are horrible at fixing cars and they are not honest. They do sloppy work and don't take accountability when they mess up. I just want my car to run the way it was before they put their hands on it. This is wrong beyond measures and if I go up there acting out because of their negligence then I am viewed as the angry BW but they did wrong and I have to eat it. That's not right nor fair.

Staff very friendly but I’ve been waiting 3 hours for 1 tire patch when I was told 1-1.5 hours. It’s not even that busy here today. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. I’ve been to tire plus on two separate occasions and both have taken unbelievably long. I got 4 tires replaced the last time and I had an appointment for the early morning and it took them an entire day to replace 4 tires. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else if you value your time at all

While visiting my UF daughter, I realize her headlight was out and decided to go get it fixed for her, hoping to find a mechanic that could take care of it within a couple of hours while she was at class. A small shop told me they could not work on it that day because they didn’t have the labor and bc of the auto make/model it involved removing 3 parts under the hood to get at the bulb. Suggested she make a future appointment and leave the car with them which I know she would never make time for. I started heading back towards campus and popped into the Tires Plus near Archer Road. The waiting room was full so I left. Drove just a few miles north to the Tires Plus at University & 34th that I noticed on my drive earlier that day. Gregory greeted me, assured me they would take a look at it and let me know if it was an easy fix. Within 15 minutes, he told me they could take care of it quickly and he even showed me the burned out bulb. I was back on the road in 40 minutes so happy that I was able to get it taken care of, and I paid exactly what my husband thought it would cost. Gregory was such a pleasure to everyone he spoke to while I waited. Thank you!

Should we have to check after changed oil is it really change or just Chang on paper ? Before next oil change date or mileage I got sign for oil and I checked oil level and surprise it was under low level immediately I pulled my car and bought 1 gallon of oil and filled and I don’t have oil leaking problem at all

My primary store previously was Firestone on Main Street. Greg Young and the guys there are great! I know go to Tires Plus on 34th and Newberry Road. Greg Young and guys are fantastic. Common factor here is Greg's customer service, leadership, and quality work. Greg always greets with a smile. The Team always is welcoming and knowledgeable. Excellent Service! The staff who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. Also, the service was done in less than an hour. The gentlemen who served me was very polite and he would come back almost every ten minutes to inform me of when the car will be ready.
