Have been calling for WEEKS to get a quote on a broken sensor talking to people who say they don’t know and then leaving messages for the people who decide to not answer the phone then calling another day just to be hung up on multiple times and never gotten back to this is ridiculous and a true pain

This dealership is all for the sale, leaving customers to rely on the internet for advice on operations and electronics that are standard to the Mercedes vehicle. Phone calls are never answered, and voice mails left to them are ignored. I have to go to Wesley Chapel to get the service I paid for.

Towed car in for a dead battery, they didn’t touch it for 6 business days. When I called for an update they had no clue the status. I called again later that afternoon giving them time, they said the battery was replaced and to give them an hour to finish up and it will be ready for pick up. Called before heading over there and they tell me they are in the middle of replacing the air bag and sun roof?!?!! I said do you have the right car? They said yes, I asked why I was not informed they were doing this additional work, they said they didn’t know. They put the sunroof on wrong so it failed a test ( a repair I didn’t even have an issue with or ask for) so they ordered the part, this happened the day before and they get again, didn’t tell me. They said it would be ready the next business day if the part came in and when I called mike said he would check on the status then HUNG UP and went to lunch, I called back and Tom was INCREDIBLY rude I was in shock he changed his voice inflection to a mocking tone actually making fun of me. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE FIRED. If you’re going to charge $500 for a battery you better at lease be respectful. Shameful service and incompetent team.

BEWARE-this place did a supposed $9400 engine “repair” of my 2021 GLE 350 which resulted 36 hours later in spontaneously catching fire at 65 mph and barely escaping with our lives. Within 90 seconds of fireballs initially dropping from the car, it was exploding on side of road. Mercedes claims no responsibility even though they replaced #4 head, cylinder and fuel injector. I guess Mercedes must think normal for their cars to explode because they seem to passing the buck regularly these days.

I wanted to give a shout out to the service department at Mercedes Benz of Gainesville. My wife and I were traveling home from a trip to Carbondale when we encountered a problem with our Mercedes diesel powered RV. We lost power to accelerate and could only maintain 40 to 50 mph. Being away from home we were not sure what to do. After stopping at 2 diesel truck repair shops and a large RV sales and repair dealer we were directed to the closest Mercedes dealership. We called Mercedes Benz of Gainesville and told them our issue. They were willing to make time for us right away. Upon arriving we received first class treatment from beginning to end. They quickly diagnosed our problem and offered options. They also said there were 3 recalls that they could address free of charge. We waited all day in their waiting area which had endless cups of coffee or tea, water and snacks. Our issue was fixed and we were able to continue on home. The service department assistant manager (Mike) stayed with us to the end and constantly checked on the status of our repairs. The service technician (Billy) worked on all the issues and and got the job done. On the wall in the service area there was a poster that described their Core-Value-Vision which they were all about.
