I have an SRX Cadillac and my rear brakes started squealing loudly. It was 1:30 in the afternoon and I’m from out of town. I called them and they said they had a stall open and to come by they would take care of me. They had my car up in the air and all they wheels off inspecting all the wheels in no time. They showed me ea wheel assembly’s and showed me my problem… I was back on the road again at 4:30. The service was fast & great and a friendly atmosphere. Approximately one month ago the AC in my Ford F-150 stopped working. I decided to take it to the Auto ER on NW 6th Street to have it looked at and repaired. They quoted me a price of over $1,900 for the repairs needed, which I gladly agreed to and paid cash for. They completed the services in a few days, and I picked my truck up and was driving it for about 3 weeks with no issues, the AC was working great. I was satisfied. After having my truck back for a little more than 3 weeks, the air conditioner stopped working out of nowhere. So I brought my truck back to the same Auto ER location and told them what had happened, as I had the A/C repairs they did under warranty for 3 years. Dustin was the employee that I dealt with on this occasion, and he told me he would call me in a few days when my truck was ready to be picked up. After not hearing from them for 4 days, I decided to call up there and Dustin answered the phone and told me that my truck would be ready the next day by 11:00 a.m.. I showed up at 12:30 p.m. the next day and Dustin asked me if I would take my truck home and bring it back on Monday(this was Thursday afternoon) Yet my air conditioning was not fixed. At this point, I became somewhat agitated because I felt like my AC being fixed wasn't important to them. I told Dustin that I wasn't taking my truck anywhere until the AC was working again. Dustin then became somewhat rude and standoffish, and tried to tell me that whatever was causing the AC to not work wasn't covered under the warranty and that I was going to have to spend more money to get it going again. But at this point, neither him nor his mechanics knew what was causing the AC to not work, so how could he tell me that it was something that wasn't covered under the warranty if they didn't know what it was? After a brief dispute, and him showing terrible customer service skills, we came to an agreement and he told me that he would do everything in his power to get my AC working without me having to come out of pocket any further. So they keep my truck for another week, and unbeknownst to me at some point they sent my truck to another mechanic shop without my permission to get a diagnostics done in some repair work that apparently they couldn't do at Auto ER. So when I go to pick my truck back up after this is done, they tell me that I owe another $2,700 on top of what I've already paid. They never called me to ask if it was okay to do these repairs for $2,700, let alone take it to another location without my approval. After hearing this, I was now dealing with Nick, and I asked him. Could I talk to a regional supervisor or the owner?, to which he replied "No you're talking to me"All in all, this is the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced at any business at any time in my life. And I would not recommend their services to anybody, Dustin and another employee named Nick were extremely rude and dishonest with me.

Blown away by this team. Almost hesitant to review so this place stays a hidden gem. Firstly, Adam and Dustin at the desk are warm and funny people. They immediately set realistic expectations and quickly gave me the earliest time slot, which happened to be the next day. After I returned, they were quick to intake my electric vehicle and point out the difference in the tire (mine had foam inside that had to have a section removed to fix the flat tire). The mechanic was friendly and even showed me the nail that he pulled out. Lastly, I feel like the prices here are really good, but in reality they care about being fair and wanting to have you as a return customer. So rare to find this today. Thank you Auto ER team, and I look forward to coming in for a fix next time.

As always, Justin, Bill, Jen and the Auto ER staff are friendly and helpful and get you in and out quickly. Excellent customer service. I went in with an issue with my car and was sure it was going to be a major problem. It turned out to be very minor and was fixed in 20 minutes and I was not even charged for their services. What a great crew!!
