Had appointment at 1pm for an 15 minute oil change and they weren’t done until 3pm. Super slow. Don’t recommend.

I took my car here for an oil change, tire rotation and to have my hood latch looked at because I couldn't pop my hood. They performed the oil change and tire rotation and told me the hood latch was broken. They said the part would cost $16 and they wanted $175 in labor charges! I told them no and took my car to a reputable, local shop. The local shop looked at it, found it wasn't broken, there was just a piece of plastic blocking the release. The local shop fixed it for FREE! I'm never going back to this dealer again.

Waited for two hours for an inspection on a recall. Nothing further was needed. Asked for a car wash but said it's a wait as well. This place is always very slow. Only about 3 others in waiting room area during my time there.

Last time I came to Parks Hyundai I stopped coming because of the unprofessionalism on the floor. However, due to recalls for my vehicle, I had to go back to Parks. So I bring my vehicle there on Wed, they "repair" the 2 recalls and as I'm trying to leave I see smoke coming from my tailpipe. Initially I think, well they said they ran it through the carwash, maybe just a lil smoke from the water. I drive a couple feet further and the amount of smoke increases 10 fold. I immediately turn back around. So, I come back to where I left literally just 3 minutes ago, the workers see the smoke and ask ME what happened. Ummm, whatever happened, I surely couldn't have done it in the THREE minutes it took me to go to the end of the parking lot and immediately turn around. So now, having brought in a car that was fine before I came and that they just also declared fine from their inspection, I'm sitting wondering what the heck just happened. To say my confidence in the service department is at a 1 out of 5, is being generous at best. I should have taken my chances with the recalled parts not being replaced, as the car was not giving me any trouble. Now I'm looking at Parks with a tremendously skeptical look. Just what did they do? Or not do? I may never know the answer to that question but here is what I do know, certain places will freeze over before I ever let them touch my vehicle again. This was a do-over experience, after I said I'd not be back. And they FAILED! And while they were actually very professional and polite on this visit, it means absolutely nothing if I can't trust the quality of the care of what I'm driving! People need to know their vehicles are in good, safe hands. My confidence in this establishment has been completely eradicated. There is no coming back from this. Especially since I feel for safety sake that I need to spend even more time and take my car to my mechanic to be checked. Thanks for nothing Parks!

Want to make an appointment? Don't worry, you'll only have to call 3 or 4 times to do so, and no, they will not call you back. Nor will they call when a part they ordered for your car comes in. You get passive aggressive texts stating that they have attempted to contact you 4+ times with no response, which cannot be validated by phone records...because it's not true (no attempts made). Call back, get voice-mail. No one will return your call. No updates on service; they leave you hanging throughout the day on the goings-on of your vehicle. You call them. But unfortunately, they are the only hyundai dealer in the area...so you're stuck with them for recalls and warranty repairs (their attitude reflects that...where else are you going to go?).

Multiple people lied about how long a service was going to take and then laughed at me for being angry about the lies. Then threatened to call the cops on me when I pushed back against their inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. Don’t come here unless you absolutely need to.

Great staff and service even though the turn-around times for service are seriously impeded by the fact that they are extremely short staffed. I have been a Hyundai customer for years and never before have I had to wait all day (literally) for a simple oil change and tire rotation; twice in a row. I have serviced my vehicles in several other Hyundai dealerships and the most I’ve had to wait for an oil change is about an hour and a half. Usually without any appointments. They really need to hire more service staff. Being the only Hyundai game in town makes it worse for the customer since we got no other options.

Fast, and good, service. They seemed to have gotten beyond their staffing issues. Took my car right on schedule and did the maintenance quickly. I did have to ask to have the car washed. 😊

I've been here multiple times and I've been talked down to or treated rudely for most of the interactions I've had with the staff here. I've brought my car for a complementary oil change twice. The first time it was fine until I got home and noticed a new scratch on my car. I complained but to no avail. The second time I came back as per the recommended mileage on my sticker and they gave me a hard time because I came back too soon. They tried to charge me and told me that I'm getting extra oil changes even though I did exactly as I was told in when to return. The woman I worked with was very nice and helpful, but the man she called over to help her was rather rude and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. The last time I brought my car here and will be the last time I ever come here, I had a rattling noise I wanted them to check out but didn't know the source of it. The guy who checked me in was an older skinny gentleman maybe his name was Kurt? He was pretty rude and snarky when listening to my concerns. So they took it in, couldn't replicate the sound and told me nothing was wrong. I traveled out of town later that day and the noise came back, and while examining my car I noticed 2 new scratches on the side of my car as well as the source of the noise. I Fixed it Myself. The noise is gone now. I won't take my car back here ever again, especially with new scratches appearing on my car nearly every time I get it back.

Left my Tuson there all day for several repairs. Went back at 4 p.m. and - after waiting half an hour - was told they'd "forgotten" about it and hadn't done a thing. They offered to not charge for labor if I brought it in the next day. I'm taking it somewhere else.

Terrible Service – Over 4 Months and Still No Solution This is, without a doubt, the worst service center I've ever dealt with. My 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe's engine started to fail (as many others have with this model, apparently), but it was still drivable when I brought it in. They assured me it would be replaced under warranty, and that’s where the nightmare began. It's been over 4 months, and my car is still sitting at their shop. They claimed they replaced the engine, but it wouldn’t start because of the battery, so I had to get a new one. After that, they said the issue was with the catalytic converter, and after a month in the shop, they finally told me it was ready for pickup. But when I went to get it, the car wasn’t even drivable – it was shutting off on me, and I couldn’t even drive it around the block. It was terrifying! I had to return it, and now every day it’s a new excuse. They don’t seem to have a clue what's wrong, and they keep telling me they’re waiting on a Hyundai engineer to figure it out. Every time I call, it’s the same story – no answers, no updates, and I’m constantly promised that the manager will call me back, but he never does. I’ve been more than patient, but enough is enough. This service center has shown nothing but incompetence, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. 4-5 months without my car, and still no end in sight. I’m at the point where I’ll have to involve a lawyer because this is just unacceptable. Avoid this service center at all costs!

Came in for a check engine and was told that if the issue they found wasn't covered, I would have to pay $300 alone for the inspection. After some arguing about how that makes no sense, the manager came out and assured me the only situation that it wouldn't be covered under warranty would be if a rodant chewed through a wire. Took 2 days for a diagnosis for them to find the check engine light issue. Then ended up waiting a week, and when it was ready, they said a rodent chewed through a wire and that it would cost $560 dollars, and somehow this was missed this in the 2 day "multi-point inspection." Car was working perfectly fine besides the specified issue. I'm pretty sure they cut the wire as there was no proof that the wire was cut beforehand.

Best experience I’ve had in many years while buying a new car. After spending 3 hours earlier at another car dealer while they attempted to pressure us into purchasing a new car with a whole lot of worthless options that amounted to thousands of dollars and basically being told to buy what they had on the lot or “tough luck”…we went down the road and on a whim decided to check out what Parks Hyundai had. We were greeted by a very pleasant salesman, who didn’t try to hard sell. They had a good variety of hybrids that fit with what we wanted and with a minimum of non-pricey options that we did want . We were given the option of going home and thinking about the vehicle we had selected. We were also given a reasonable trade-in allowance for an 11 y/o vehicle (according to Kelly Blue Book value). All this in about 45 minutes that included a test drive without an appointment, versus 3 hours at the other dealership where we had made an appointment. So we closed on the new vehicle the next morning. The same salesman spent over an hour going through all the new automated features that were not around the last time we purchased a car (one car is a 2005, the other that we traded was a 2013). The salesman has made himself readily available since the purchase to answer questions and even threw in floor mats au gratis. It changed our dread of buying a new vehicle and it was nice to be treated with respect. Some popular and trendy car dealers seem to think it is a sellers’ market only…don’t fall for it. Get what you want and be happy!

6:00 a.m. my car didn't want to start after I prayed it turned on. So for 4 hours I kept the car running. Finally made it to the dealership where Mr Angel and miss Karen were very helpful. Changed out the key fob battery and I was good to go. Thanks took a load off. I was good to go.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE CENTER. Dropped my car off 4 days ago and still unable to get any updates. Told them I was going on a cruise and needed it fixed quick. My family called and called all day friday and saturday and left messages expressing the urgency. When I went to have it towed to a different shop they LIED SAYING IT WAS BEING DIAGNOSED. The car was not in the shop😐. My hope is that this shop uses this situation to learn and that the new management enforces honest business.

I would advise anyone not to come here. I worked previously at a GMC service center so I know a thing or two. Went to get my car serviced for the engine cutting out and the check engine light. They couldn't figure it out. They recommended to get my valve cover replaced for $1,000 and my CV axle for over $3,000, both are priced more then double then it should cost. They also forgot to put my engine cover back on. There is a good reason this place has a 2 star rating.
