Six dudes behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but they couldn’t help replace the battery I was about to buy!! Went to Auto Zone, cheaper battery and guess what they can help replace it, it takes all of about 5 minutes and one tool.

I truly love Napa, but I was sorely disappointed with the selection at this store. I came for simple things like a can of engine paint, a couple of exhaust manifold studs and nuts, a battery tie down bracket, and J bolts. They had battery tie down but no studs or paint. Referred me to a fastener store instead of an auto parts store. When they told me they would not tie my order with my Napa online account, I put the products back and left. The advance auto nearby had what I needed, all in stock. Auto parts store without nuts? Nuts to that. I prefer Napa, but this is like a bank which has no cash. You can't expect satisfaction without at least a selection of Dorman stud kits.

This is my home Napa. I tend to spend a lot of time here as I drive an old truck and need parts all the time. The counter people are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are always fair and the selection is top notch.

Luke (the older man) is literally the most unhelpful employee ever. With a major chip on his shoulder. My husband went there on 2 separate occasions...the last trip I went with him. His attitude and body language is atrocious...as welll as the unnecessary comments as if we were stupid. He needs a mandatory class in customer service. All we needed was a rubber grommet ..that's literally it. I'll stick to AutoZone where Michael is on 13th street. I don't see me ever going back here to Napa.

I came into the store and asked the guys at the counter if they had a repair manual for my vehicle, they said that they did not but before I could turn to walk out, one of the gentlemen, Mr.Rob Alberts, offered to and printed out the specific information that I needed from their internal web site.I have always been impressed with the quality of NAPA's products, and today I am very impressed and grateful to them having counter salesman who went above and beyond for me today.
