This company seems to have a great staff Ashley has reached out several times and the sales staff has been great. Suzy was a huge help! When my car started making a very loud noise, I brought it in and she said it sounded like my exhaust even before taking a look. When they inspected my car, Suzy suggested I take it to a muffler shop because if Ford were to do the maintenance, it would be pretty expensive. I appreciated her kindness and honesty, especially since I ended up saving $1500! She could’ve swindled me and made a profit, but she didn’t. It’s that kind of business that makes me want to return for future service!

My only complaint was that when I arrived for my service appointment, nobody came out to greet me and check me in. I waited a few minutes and as I was going inside a customer had pulled in behind me and ran inside and was expecting to get an oil change now with no wait. I don’t think he was put in front of me but bc no one seemed to be minding the store it felt like a free for all. This bothered me quite a bit. Where is everyone? Why aren’t they in the service area. We waited at the front desk until someone came out and still, he didn’t say can I help who’s next he automatically assumed that the person first in line was there first. The reason I’m making a big deal of this is bc it keeps happening at every Ford dealer I’ve been to with my truck. I do not feel as though they want to be at work and they do not exhibit a caring attitude. Things went well after this but I’m still bothered by it days later bc of the frequency that it occurs. I also asked about tires for my truck. While the signs and marketing make it appear as though they want to sell you tires, I wanted to buy tires and could not get the service or parts dept to quote me a price on 4 new tires for my F-150 Powerboost Limited. They didn’t want my business. Said to go elsewhere and find my deal then come back and we will order the tires. Well that’s not convenient. Why wouldn’t I go to the other tire store and save all that time. There is no system in place to sell tires at Ford dealers. I’ve asked at Park Ford in Gainesville, Rountree-Moore in Lake City, and Santa Fe Ford Alachua. None would even discuss tires with me. Why do I want to buy tires at the dealer? They have signs everywhere stating they sell tires at good prices and my Ford Visa card gives me perks-supposedly. Whatever! Customer service doesn’t exist. And the service writer asked me to give him good ratings and to fill out the survey today. I just received it today so I couldn’t do your survey until it arrives to my inbox. Overall, these service departments need someone to explain customer service to these young uncaring “service writers’.
