I went back again! These folks do great work, and they're willing to work with you to make sure you get everything back like you want it. Sam was great to work with, and the owners are involved, friendly, and motivated to make sure you're happy with their work. I highly recommend you get your bodywork done here! Updated Review: I hit another animal a year after I hit a different animal. I trusted this shop last time (they did phenomenal work)- they handled everything from the rental car on up in the last case. This time, they were equally courteous and helpful, making sure that the adjuster from my insurance missed nothing - all the way down to the accessories on the car. They're very thorough, very patient, and turn out excellent work. They also are certified for most manufacturer repairs - so you won't get a car that's been hacked together at the end. In my experience, they deserve that certification. The only issue is that they are VERY popular, and so can take a couple extra days to start your repair. That said, Jason P. has been handling my case, and is very patient, and fantastic about keeping me up to date on the repair process. The owner is also involved, and interested in making sure your experience is always fantastic.

They change a door in my vehicle. The repair itself was ok, though the paint job was not complete when they asked me to pick up the car. The issue was that it took them 1 month to complete the job (insurance approved the work in less than 1 week) and the communication from the shop wasn't good. They didn't want to provide details of why it took so long even after asking multiple times. Very frustrating process.

Please, please please Do not take your car here extremely shady and a horrible customer service. my car has been at the shop for over a year. I’ve been blatantly lied to about why and parts being ordered when I finally showed up to the Shop in person. They told me three different stories. I started asking questions as soon as I started asking questions how to employee blow up on me using very foul language storming out the building. The parts I questioned. being on backorder as soon as I showed up in person they’re arriving the next day again please do not take your car here if you care about it getting done right or on time.extremely shady.

They matched the color of my Ford Edge perfectly. I couldn't tell where the lady had side swiped me at all and they did it all in one day. I was extremely impressed and so very grateful. Even one star is too much for this place! This body shop was an absolute nightmare. They were incredibly slow, uncommunicative, and unprofessional. I brought my Mazda 3 in for repairs after someone hit my parked car and left the scene. They quoted me $3,000 and 4 days, but once I dropped off the car, they suddenly changed it to $6,600 and two weeks. After three weeks with no updates, I had to call them myself (they never called me once). They said it would be ready “next week.” A week later, I went to check, and the bumper they installed was poorly done — dented and definitely not new. I refused to accept the car in that condition. Inside, the back seat was full of sand and the car was dirty. They told me it would take “two more days.” Then they said the new bumper was “on the way,” but for another two weeks, nothing happened. Even my insurance company called them, and they kept giving the same excuses. Finally, after six weeks, they said the car was ready again. When I arrived, the Mazda emblem wasn’t installed, the trunk wouldn’t close properly, and they had even killed my battery. I pointed out all these issues during the second inspection, and they promised to fix everything and install the badge “tomorrow.” They never did. The regional manager even told me, “I’ll come to your place and install it,” but that never happened either. Also, the blind spot monitoring system they “fixed” still doesn’t work properly. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do NOT bring your car here. I chose them because of their high rating, but now I know better. This is by far the worst body shop in Gainesville, and I completely regret ever trusting them. UPDATE (reply to Classic Collision - Owner): This issue has not been resolved, and the problems I mentioned still remain. Please don’t mislead others by saying it was resolved. FINAL UPDATE (after more than 2 months): Nothing has been resolved. None of the issues were fixed, and they have completely stopped responding to me. Their reply saying the issue was “resolved” is simply not true.

I took my BMW to Classic Collision after an accident, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. From the start, communication was terrible — they never called to update me on the status of my car, and the repairs took far longer than the 30 days I was told. It got to the point where I had to return my rental car and go without a vehicle for over a week. Even my insurance representative warned me to be cautious because this shop seemed unreliable. When I finally got my car back, the bumper was completely misaligned. I brought it up to them, and while they attempted to fix it, the issue was only partially resolved. Later, when I took my BMW to an authorized dealership, I was told that the bumper installed by Classic Collision was the wrong size and that they had actually either removed my parking sensors completely or were dangling there for no reason. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. It’s clear that this shop does not care about quality workmanship or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache — take your car anywhere else.

I got rear-ended at low speed, causing relatively minor damage to the bumper. Updates were spotty and uninformative. 2.5 weeks later, the work looked good from the outside when I picked up my vehicle. A week after my car was "finished", when I had time to use the luggage compartment, I found parts lying loose. This required return trip(s) and they're only open M-F 8-5, making return trips inconvenient and they make no wifi available in their waiting area. Quality control and customer experiences could be better.

Our electric car was in an accident, and electric cars are complicated bc of the extensive electronics and automatic features. Classic Collision is uniquely qualified to handled the sophisticated electronics and related body work, which entails the housing of all the electric equipment. They are thorough and competent, and their work is of high quality. The car was returned in pristine condition, with no indication of the repairs and almost looked like a new car. They are trustworthy and professional. Our insurance adjuster indicated that they are the "best" and that is not a usual recommendation. Given what we've heard from others, our experience with CC was exceptional.

An unfortunate situation (with a deer) was made to be stress free and seamless by classic collision. Alexia was amazing and communicative throughout the entire process. The initial assessment was quick, the process of repairs was discussed, they handled nearly all insurance needs, and the timelines were exact. Most importantly my vehicle looked and functioned as good as new after and the one concern that I had was addressed promptly and with ease. I cannot speak higher of classic collision or the staff.

Great staff, great work, if you have a Tesla, be prepared to wait for months… They were great about providing updates, unfortunately the content was not much more than “working on it” and never had any kind of ETA until about 88 days in. I understand that things are tough in GNV with one certified Tesla repair shop that is short staffed with Tesla certified techs. My friend had hail damage on his Tesla and they knocked it out within a couple of months. I would definitely use them again as they did great repair work and there are no other options in town. Great waiting room as well and they gave me a ride to get my rental car and always provided a space to work from and had activities for kids as well.

The customer service representatives here are amazing, especially Cassandra. I had an unfortunate accident with my 2018 Civic Si and they were prompt with parts ordering. The quality of work really speaks for itself! The paint match and blending is amazing especially considering my car is a rare OEM color. Perfect, just one thing. From my service in May, 2025. Someone took my bumper off while getting dog food, took me a while to bring it into the shop through my insurance but they were able to fix it all. The bumper has some issues on the repair but I was told I can bring it in and they can put back into place. We tried 2 times but unfortunately, I don't have time to take off work to get them to fix the issue for good. Otherwise I lose pay, but it's back on and I just gotta slap it into place or put tape over it. Picture 1 day of incident. Picture 2 as is today.

Over all my experience was very good with the work they do. The vehicle was repair to like new condition. The paint job had no issues at all. They matched the paint perfectly. You could not tell that I hit two Deer after they got done. I am very happy with there work. Thank you to the Classic Collision team. Celine kept me informed all the way though the repair process. She has a good eye when it comes to the body lines of the vehicle. She new right off the back what can be repaired and what needed to be replaced. She did a great job with getting my repair done. I would go back to Classic Collision if I every had another accident. The team at Classic Collection was great. In my case all my issues were taken care of by the management team at Classic Collision. They do great work there. You can see from the before and after pictures of my 2024 Chevy Blazer. Some Insurance companies will use none OEM parts and if you want OEM parts you have to pay for the difference. If this happen to you Classic Collection will work with you on this. I don't think insurance companies know the difference between none OEM parts and OEM parts. The OEM parts have better quality then the aftermarket parts. The OEM part have a pattern on them so the aftermarket part can't be made the same as the OEM part. Like if there is a symbol that the manufacturer uses the aftermarket won't have that symbol in the part. The aftermarket part is also don't use the same quality in material. They do stand behind the work they do. They fixed all my issues. They went out of their way to even to help with what care products to use on my vehicle.
