Bad 👎 this place is garbage I called about my 2012 kia sorento they told me replace my engine without giving me an explanation and seemed to be rushing me off the phone and getting mad and upset because I had more questions asking for any other alternatives but they hung up I wouldn't recommend going here with customer service like that .

This is a new and used tire shop in the city of San Bernardino, has a wide variety of new and used tires with respect to the used tires, I feel this owner is honest, prices are perfect for practical buys and very good for the emergency used tires. MARIO has great customer service has a passion for what he does...I wish the best to his new business in the developing San Bernardino...

This place is so unprofessional. The owner is very rude and he gets over on women especially. Please do not patronize this unprofessional business. I will be suing this business because they took A LOT of money from me and did not do the repairs on my car. I had to go to another shop for them to tell me the parts that I paid for were not on my car. When I went back and told the owner he told me he’s going to charge me AGAIN to fix what he was supposed to do the first time. Please do not go here. He will double charge you and they do not really do the proper work on your vehicle.

Took my vehicle here a while ago about 6 or 7 months ago but am barely deciding to write a review due to the fact if how annoyed I am with how my car ended up turning out for the money I paid. Took my car in for a few things coil pack, spark plugs , outer tie rods, upper control arms and to change the Valve cover gaskets. First and foremost the work turned out fine initially no more leaking gaskets and of course with any suspension work you need an alignment afterward. But what I was upset with was first of all when I got my car back my transmission was acting funny doing a low RPM droning noise and vibration that i never felt before especially before taking it in. I took it back to them the next day or so and they couldn't figure out the issue even though the issue wasn't there before when I first brought it in. They don't do transmission work so they couldn't even really tell me what the issue was so that was kind of frustrating because was Mechanic shop cant do transmission work so I ended up giving up on that. Then no less than a month later I noticed my Valve cover gasket had started leaking which shows their shotty workmen ship of course they don't warranty their work so I was left to have to get it redone and you can't blame the gaskets because I went with OEM parts. All and all it was a feeling a bitterness toward this shop and I definitely will not be returning. Best thing about this place is Jessie and his dad really respectful and great customer service so that is why this place is getting a 3 star review and not one. I no longer have the car otherwise I would have posted picture of leaking gasket and due to the droning noise and leaking gasket I could not sell the car for as much money.

This repair shop and the owner, Simon, came highly recommended to me by two separate friends. My friends and I all live one half hour away from the shop, by the way. I had one issue that was relatively routine and another that required some expert diagnostic work, which came up with some very unexpected conclusions. While I was waiting, I saw long time customers interacting with Simon, ranging from housewives to racing enthusiasts. All of them seemed to trust him implicitly with their cars.

I tend to be VERY rough on my cars, so when I need a fix, A&A Auto Service is the only place I trust to fix my cars. The prices are very fair and the mechanics are always honest. I don’t know much about cars, so when I go there they always make sure to not only tell me whats going on, but to educate me on the problem as well. They don’t make up “invisible problems” just to make you pay more. If I need multiple things done but am in a tight money situation, they always tell me what I need to get done NOW, and what I can wait to do until next time. I’ve always been nervous and skeptical of mechanics, but they really put my mind at ease.

I have been taking my cars here for years but I’ve always brought husband with me… I took my car in this time to get my AC fixed it had no issues at this point so this time I went by myself they call me an hour later stating I have a cracked radiator, I didn’t realize that if my radiator was cracked my car would have been overheating and like I said I had no overheating issues which leads me to believe they purposely cracked my radiator! obviously I had no choice but to have them fix it, I paid a total of 1600 to get my ac and radiator fixed! This company takes advantage of women! I have had them work on 2 of my cars for years I’ve spent thousands of dollars on them fixing my cars, I thought I could trust this buisness since I’ve been a returning customer… but I guess this business only sees money signs when a woman comes in alone… they have now lost a regular customer and I’m saddened that I know am nervous to take my car in to any mechanic shop

Simon and his other worker do decent work. They did scratch my newly redone bumper in order to change a blown taillight which wasn't there before and I didnt appreciate that at all. People's bumpers shouldn't be scratched up in order to change any light.

Call Simon. Clean shop, quick diagnostics & fast repair. Give him a try.... UPDATE: After spending almost 4k in 2 visits in 2023, struts & brakes. My brakes started squeeling. It was just under 10k since the brake job. I called Simon and he wouldn't even look at them without charging a $69.95 fee. If it was his fault he would waive this. What are the chances of this. ANY reputable shop would not treat a customer this way. He did the work and won't stand by it. I've since taken it to 2 other places. Both found that the brakes work fine. The 2nd place discovered the pads are defective and need replacing. This is why the squeal. Be aware of the lack of customer care and work you can expect here at A&A
