My dealer chose this as the shop they'd like to have my car serviced in. Beside them taking almost 5 hours for a brake job, not only did they Chip my brand new rim by facing my wheel face down, but they failed to successfully complete the job. On my way home I still could feel a shaking from the rotors. Careless employees with no regards of your vehicle or time.

Took my 92 bronco there for a smog. He fiddled with it for two an half hours. Passed it but said my timing was off. So I had him adjust it and he said he would have to Resmog it. After about two hours I watched him smogged the bronco again and found that he never tightened my distributor and was having the truck run while it was loose. And it failed because the timing was off causing the knocks in the engine to skyrocket because he never tightened the distributor. He gave me the keys after I asked for them back and I took the truck home retimed it and went to another shop. It passed no problem. It was obvious he had no clue how to time the vehicle and was pushing me to have him fix parts that were not broken. I think he caught on that I knew he was messing with my truck. Overall bad experience, bad service, and another shop that will scam you.

It's always a hard time when you know you have to take your car into the shop for repair. A&A makes is honest, fair, and always working to make sure they diagnose the problem right the FIRST time! I've been coming here for 7 years and have never had an issue with any repairs they have performed. They have always called me to explain the issues beforehand and give me an honest opinion each time. I send all my friends and family here for this reason - they are trustworthy and I am placing the lives of my family in their hands

My initial impression was relief. It was about 100 degrees and the reception area was nice and cool. LaLa at the desk was very friendly and attentive. I never feel real confident in auto repair establishments because turning the key and applying gas and brake is all I know about these machines. I had failed a smog test last year and been driving unregistered knowing I couldn’t afford the repairs. Long story short I’d been driving like that unnecessarily, all it was was the gas cap! The place I took it to 11/2 years ago wanted up to $300 just to diagnose the emissions leak! This is our families new auto repair business for all our cars needs. While there I asked about an estimate in brakes and they actually drive the car more a minute, then removed the tires to give me a estimate that is likely to have no surprises. The waiting area is a bit cramped but there’s good tv and it’s your choice to watch what you want but the staff is so friendly we just talked like old friends and I wasn’t there long enough for those things to really matter. If you’re looking for honest, experienced auto repair with friendly staff A&A is your place. It is like visiting family. (Only you’ll enjoy the company of everyone there.) Keely H Murrieta CA

Lala and all the mechanics were very kind. My car overheated going home from San Diego to Palmdale. I was so fortunate to find A & A Auto Repair Specialists. My car needed a whole engine rebuild. A broken fan caused heat damage that warped the head. A&A went above and beyond on Memorial Day weekend to help me get back on the road. They even helped me find a rental car and drove me to pick it up. You can trust them to do a great job and to be ethical in their diagnosis and pricing. I definitely recommend them.

I have been taking my cars to A&A Auto Repair Specialists for more than 7 1/2 years now! Juan is extremely experienced with older BMWs and Mercedes and does perfect work! Excellent service. Everyone was knowledgeable & helpful. My brother has an older truck and issues passing smog. They gave clear details on the state assistance CAP/BAR process. I got my 2006 Scion XB smogged with them today. They were very helpful and friendly. I will never get any of my other cars smogged with anybody else. And I will look at them for the other services that they provide. Hands down the best they treat you like a human being not just another anonymous person.
