I didn’t realize both of my headlights were out until about 2 hrs before the sun went down. I’m not from the area and have an hour ride home. I went to 2 other shops who told me it would take too long and they couldn’t fit me in. I stumbled upon this shop and was praying they could do it. They were so quick and efficient and it didn’t cost me anywhere close to what the other shops were quoting me. Very pleased and highly recommend.— I have the type of car that autozone can’t just pop them in for me.

The owner Alex always takes the best care of my 2 trucks and my car. Very dependable, reasonable and trust worthy. Hard to recommend a good auto shop usually but not with A&A auto! Anyone ever asks me for a good mechanic I'll always tell them to come here and they are never disappointed.

Brought my car in March to get a sensor fixed. I figured while it was in to get the AC checked as well since the prior year car never got cold. Call the front guy says they don’t do appts so I said ok and left the car . 4 days later haven’t heard from anyone so I call and I’m told they been busy they will probably work on it the following week. Right off the bat this should’ve been the first red flag where no communication is present . Not sure if these people realize that cars are essential to everyday life for people. I say ok and wait another few days. Next week comes and it’s mid week and I call back again. This time I’m told they should be working on it tommorw . It’s my responsibility to constantly keep calling in for updates instead of the other way around. Next day comes and it’s now 4pm and still no word from anyone so I call in and the owner picks up and says oh yea it’s been done. Are you kidding me ???? I ask him was the AC also fixed and I get a silent pause and then he says I’ll check it now. It’s now 5:45 and they are about to close soon so I call the guy again to see if I will have to wait another day to get it back. He says it’s all set that he recharged it. This was in the end of March so the temps were still on the cooler side . We ended up getting a 70 degree day and sunny the following week so I cranked the AC to see how cold it got and go figure the outside air was cooler then inside the car . Call back the next day and get the same run around . Leave the car and we will take a look. 2 days past and still nothing so I went back took my keys and never went back. Ate the cost of the “‘supposed “ recharge and never brought it back. Do yourself a favor and find someone else . No communication whatsoever, promises that they don’t commit too, and claim to do a service and don’t deliver on it.

Had my car towed to A & A service. Spoke with the person at desk as my car was being dropped off. Told they couldn’t get to my car that day. I waited five weeks before calling. When I called was told they couldn’t find my information to contact me to authorize repair, told me to get the part and he would install and that my car had been dumped there by tow (not true as I stated, the front desk was aware, was watching while on phone with me). After this conversation, with Alex, I decided to go get my car. Walked in to office told person at desk I was picking my car up. He couldn’t find the keys. He went out to the car and my keys were in ignition. Five weeks my car sat there with doors unlocked and keys in ignition. CLEARLY NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE PROPERTY.

There are just too many great things to say about A&A in a single google review. They are honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and their no-pressure approach to sales was a pleasant surprise. I've just recently bought a used car from their lot and I've never had a better experience at a dealership before. Please avoid these guys at all costs!! I brought in my audi to be looked at and fixed for a coolant issue. They were able to solve the issue. However 2 days later, I am driving my car, and the check engine light comes on AGAIN, along with the traction control light. I knew something more was going on. Instead of bringing it back. I brought it to a mechanic farther away from where I live but also reputable and trusted. After waiting a week to see what was going on, the other mechanic service I took it to stated that whoever worked on this car previous (a&a auto) did not put the engine wires back in the correct order not to mention, ONE WIRE WAS HANGING OFF AND NOT SECURED, as a result it melted the rest of the wires in the mainframe while driving it again causing the engine lights to come on. No wonder so many codes were coming up on the diagnostic! Whoever was the mechanic of my car at a&a auto was totally lackadaisical and negligent!!! They really screwed me on this one bigtime. Never again with these people.

Had a great experience purchasing my first car here in February. Tim got everything sorted out for me super quickly, including registration & inspection. Got a reasonable price on a used CRV. I was able to test drive the car and start paperwork around closing time without rush. Update: Two years later and anytime something is wrong, I come to this place and have a good experience.

My grandparents who are Elderly bought a vehicle from A&A auto. They were required and put on paper that they would fix a handful of issues before they registered the car. She was given 90 day warranty. They registered the car in my grandparents name and ILLEGALLY passed inspection. There is an AirBag System issue where multiple other dealerships said it’s a big safety issue as Airbags may not deploy in an accident. We brought it back to A&A 2x after getting the car, failing to fix the car both times (total of 3 times becaus the vehicle should’ve been fixed when we bought it as they wrote on paper when we signed purchase and sales) This all within the 90 day time frame. They wanted to charge me $10 deductible each time. I am not paying $100 deductible for something that was SUPPOSED to be fixed before we got the car. A&A auto refused to give any service paperwork that the vehicle was serviced there so they could cover their tracks, but little do they know that I have everything that I need. & im ready for all the lies and bs they're going to reply to my review, I have all the proof I need DO NOT BUY A CAR OR SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. This place is a scam!

Each time there was a fast turn- around to when id have my car back and the personnel were direct and honest and still managed to be polite about it. They definitely took all the hassel of getting repairs done to my daily driver away to the point where they dropped the car off in my driveway when it was finished
