The guys were awesome!! I was in a rush to get to work but desperately needed an oil change. They got me in and out in time to open my own shop which was goal. I let him know the wipers and filters were recently changed and new. There was only one small problem but south my car, not with the 2 guys doing the work, they were great. I would suggest to anyone of my friends.

I agree that staff is very polite and they are quick but 2nd time I was there they really pushed the transmission fluid change along with air and cabin filter . At first I said just fluid change and I will do the filters next visit and that's when it felt like Lets make a deal .He kept saying how about if I take this much off and then said he would put a coupon code in and eventually it went from 279 to 239 for oil ,trans fluid and filters. They had showed me the filters so I could see how dirty they were which I am still skeptical of since I saw the 20/20 show where they show filters that aren't yours .I am not saying they did that but when I got home I found my carfax because I had bought it used and I knew it had regular maintenance at the dealer ,it had only been 22,000 miles since transmission fluid change and recs are for 30,000 to 50,000 miles and cabin and air filters were changed 12,000 miles ago . They are pretty expensive already just for the oil change but they are quick and convenient with being open on Sunday so that is worth paying extra for . I almost gave 2 stars but figured I don't know for sure I didn't need everything but when I said I didn't want to spend that much this time, I tend to think now that the filters really could have waited .

The 'change oil' light came on about two days prior to me going to Jiffy Lube. The nice thing is no appointment needed BUT get there early especially on Saturday. I was first in line. They asked all of the appropriate questions. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The price is reasonable for not needing an appointment and the fast turnaround, at least when you are first in line.

Once again they give me a different price each time , this time saying it's going to be $129 for an oil change with the oil. I declined and got "the cheaper one". They never actually CHANGE THE OIL Spend ur money on a place that will actually do change the oil.

Clean waiting area, which I appreciate. Quick walk- in service for an oil change. Customer service guy was nice, offered me coffee & explained to me why my son's VW is so expensive - (car requires synthetic oil & stated most newer cars do) $80 +change w/coupon. It took about 20 minutes & they even vacuumed his car. They won't try to sell you things or repairs like one of their competitors. I always get multiple estimates for repairs or issues. I would recommend these guys.

First time I went here it was awesome! Honestly the guys who work here are great… but maybe they recently got new management? I drive a volvo so i need euro synthetic oil, i usually just buy my own and bring it since most places usually only have reg full synthetic. Last time I went there it was $50 since I brought my own oil. This time the manager there said he’d charge me $160 for the oil change even tho i brought my own oil……. LOL I said no thank you and went to Midas down the road. Charged me $40, let me use my own oil no problem, and weren’t trying to rip me off!

I drove up wanting an oil change for my Corolla. A mechanic walks up to my car, looks at me and my car and tells me that it will be $111 for an oil change. Asks zero information about my car’s year or mileage. I wanted high mileage oil as advertised on their website. He said they don’t have that. I said I entered my car’s information on their website and was quoted $85. He looked confused, asked me to pop the hood, which I did. He looks and said it would still be $111. I don’t know what kind of idiot they take me for. Maybe they do this to all of their female customers. This is why I’ll never go anywhere other than Midas or Sullivan. Save your energy ladies, don’t bother coming here.

In the past I haven’t been the biggest fan of quick oil change facilities due to 2 particular experiences. The manager had such an easygoing but yet confident demeanor that won me over and I decided to have my coolant changed. The cost was considerably cheaper than the dealership, service was completed in considerable less time and he vacuumed the front of my car. This was all done in view of a clean and comfortable waiting area that I only needed to be in for 15 minutes. I feel it is the management of the Fairhaven store that makes it stand above.

Didn’t feel comfortable getting my oil changed here. Couldn’t take my coupon and offered me a $10 coupon even though online it says there is a $15 coupon available. Quoted me $130 starting price. Didn’t ask how many miles my car had. Can’t explain it but I didn’t feel like waiting in the lobby with the attitude from the two men there.
