Their staff is very helpful but could use more training on their products. Ordering parts from them first thing in the morning typically arrives the same day in the store. This place is a huge upgrade from the only other auto parts store in town who have no idea how to match in-store inventory with their website. Those "Auto-Groan" guys always act like it's their last day on the job. At this rate, that day will come soon.

I usually go to auto zone (its closer) but they sold me a gas cap that didn't fit and they said all of them are the same. The gentleman at O'Reilly's went the extra step, and had the extra bit of knowledge that sometimes manufacturers change things mid year. My car is a 2012 he checked for a 2013 gas cap. Bam! it fit and it was 10 dollars cheaper than the 2012 gas cap. So yeah in this instance the employee went a little further and made all the difference. Great employees there - check it out.

I'm leaving this review a bit later than I wanted to but that shows how I'm STILL thinking of my amazing experience here with Katrina! I'm not familiar with how car parts work let along warranties etc. This is the first time I've had a fantastic customer experience at a store like this where Katrina actually explained everything I should know about my purchase. I felt like she really cared about how my experience went and wasn't just trying to get me out the door like most employees rush to do. Katrina went out of her way in order to help solve my problem. My first interaction with different employee, I wasn't given enough information about the products warranty that I was buying and felt rushed through the purchase. Thankfully this store has Katrina who will go above and beyond for her customers to make them genuinely satisfied with not only the products, but the experience. She cares about customers being well informed and getting the most out of their product to save money in the long run! Forever coming to this store, you have a dedicated customer for life due to your excellent employee. I wish every experience was one similar to the one I had with Katrina. Thanks so much! Sorry for the long review but it's worth the time so she will be appreciated for all her hard work.

>On 7/16/2025, upon my return home, I encountered a new neighbor with a vehicle & upcoming medical appointment dilemma, that my pre-arranged medical transportation, couldn't assist with during my drop-off process... so through the help of another, with an AAA membership, the neighbor & I made it to O'REILLY'S, at 9 PEOPLES WAY in FAIRHAVEN, where the service was IMMEDIATELY extended at the door... all the way, to the counter. >Although another was being helped; assuming I should be behind that person... NO the Service Attendants directed me to remain at the counter space I landed on, straight from the entrance, and WITHOUT HESITATION, began looking up the part in need. >Dylan, an Employee in Training, was the NICEST, SINCEREST & FOCUSED Young Man... (along with a Male Manager, 🤔name? Um, my apology)... who turned the screen in my direction while he broke-down the choices available... as well as the "Actualities" in the Warranties...👉🏾without the Upsell of things that promise to "Whistle While they Work". This R-E-A-L-L-Y helps to facilitate upcoming calculations for personal finances, and quicken the choice process. >My questions were received from beginning to end with COMPLETE and POLITE answers. There weren't many, because Dylan took the INITIATIVE to continue educating me/us, from the counter to installation. >As a Female, I'm compelled to share, that I've been around blockS & kicked tireS for yearZzz, at various auto parts & shops, in different states and... 👉🏾O'REILLY'S has 2B the 1st spot involving vehicle parts & repairs, where my guard was able to remain down from the entrance to the exit, therefore, allowing me to use my ears for something other than a BS Detector. For me, using the pronoun "Her"👉🏾 {in today's speak}, that's a real SIGN of RESPECT‼️ When I begin driving again, O'REILLY'S will be my vehicle's trusted source for its maintenance needs❗ >And a shout-out to the Manager named Summer, who days later, helped me solve a "technically", unrelated question, while also managing to educate me on an unknown procedure... using the same GENUINE & KIND MANNERISMS, that definitely flows throughout that store's location and vocation.

I recently visited O’Reilly’s in Fairhaven to purchase a new bulb for my BMW. I didn’t know what bulb it was because it wasn’t a headlight or signal. I was very impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly employee Heather that was helping to me with figuring out what the light was called ( side marker) . She was able to quickly locate the bulb after I got told by another employee that it needed to be ordered and was the wrong bulbs that got ordered. The checkout process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing anything for their car.

Staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful if you ask. They have a large selection of items from various accessories to car parts. They are similar to a well known brand in the area called Auto Zone. Although I found a couple items from them that others didn't carry such as my tire shine.

Reason why I'm leaving 2 stars is because there is 2 female managers that do their jobs awesome. But the rest are just as rude an unproductive Dillon is one associate I would never want to deal with again so I will not be shopping there ever again , i was treated properly at the wareham location , but the but the fairhaven location, has lost my business and anybody that I associate with.I will let them know it is not the store.They should shop out for they will have a very very horrible 😢 😑 experience

Came in for a battery swap. I ended up buying the incorrect battery online and Dillon took care of me. Good kid and was very courteous and helpful. Installed the new battery for me with no issues. I couldn’t be any happier with the customer service. Was greeted with a smile and asking how I was even tho I was having a rough day. Walking into a business like Fairhaven O’Reilly’s on a day I was having the other day Couldn’t get any better. I walked into O’Reilly’s to get oil for my car because I had gotten an oil change and they did not put oil in it. The assistant manager, Heather was right there to help me with every step. She also offered to put the oil in my car because she seen that I was very upset, overwhelmed and crying. There are still good people out in this world. She was vey helpful in every way. It’s hard to find a Business employee that has good customer service like her and willing to help. I just wanted it to be known that she is an amazing worker. Don’t ever let her go. Thank you so much Heather for making my day better with your positive attitude.
