Overall good experience. I have had the vehicle back 24 hours no issues. Vehicle was completed within the promised timeframe. Cost of the work was reasonable. Timing chain and tensioner, thermostat, water pump and motor belts replaced. ****Three star rating due to pieces not being appropriately reinstalled under the hood. Trim and plastic cover prices were left broken loose. This is simply just carelessness. I reattached using zip ties. One trim cover is beyond fixing. There was NO post service road test was performed to ensure the vehicle operated correctly. Vehicle has the same mileage as when I dropped it off. A post service drive should have been performed.

EXCEPTIONAL WORKMANSHIP!! I took my 2015 Jeep to A+ Brakes and well, they are A+!!! I had taken my Jeep to two other places that misdiagnosed the problem. My Jeep was leaking oil everywhere. They found the issue (The Rear Main Oil Seal $$$$$)and had my Jeep repaired in no time. The cost of the repairs were so far from what I was quoted from other repair shops I was shocked! My wallet also LOVES them! Brian, Jamie and their staff are Top Notch! Even though they are a bit out of the way for me, I WILL be using them for all of my future repairs. I typically work on my own truck but I needed new shocks but also wanted to remove some old suspension parts and Brian took the time to ensure I got what I needed, got the correct parts from Toyota and Hector was able to install everything quickly. Scheduled appointment for brakes/alignment. They told me brakes seems fine and when I asks about stirring and inner tie rods they told me everything was fine. Not sure if Saturday was a rough day for the staff but he don’t seem to energy for discuss things. They completed an alignment which couldn’t be printed out. I left very confused and felt like I got nothing done. I’ll be going somewhere else for service, I found it weird that they didn’t ask more about symptoms or go on a test drive. Maybe this location doesn’t operate that way.
