Picked up a screw in my tire while driving. Went to see Olin Mott without an appointment hoping they’d get me in. Not only did they patch the tire, they refilled the nitrogen in the tire, then topped off the remaining tires and reset my car’s tire pressure monitoring system - all in under an hour. Highly recommend these guys for any tire related issues. And the staff is phenomenal on top of it all.

These guys are great. Had the pleasure of sitting through the Doug morning show (service writer) he is so pleasant and funny. I brought in a new set of wheels for mounting and balancing, the mechanic noticed two of the four wheels were incorrect (two different colors) Typically technicians are in such a hurry they would’ve just done the work without noticing the problem. The attention to detail was awesome. If he’d mounted the tires there was a possibility I wouldn’t been able to return them. Great job guys!

We are a fleet and been coming here since 2003. We trusted them. Now I see why they don't carry the "OLIN MOTT" Anymore. Shady and the workers are not capable of fixing it properly the first time. Over 60k I feel was stolen from us. Do NOT trust them

It was my first time with this shop and My RAV4 was making some extremely terrifying sounds but this place was able to find and fix the issue same day! And I was fortunate that they were able to with No appointment, they are honest too. Other shops were quoting $1000+ for the work without even test driving the car but this place test drove and it was reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to people.

First time I used this shop, they were happy to take my money, for a new set of tires an AC service. Second time they showed their true face. They couldn't find a simple issue, didn't install a simple air cleaner element an wiper blades. Left my truck unlocked in the lot after hours. Killed my stereo an half my dash lights. Pulled the broken hood latch cable out breaking the mount. Leaving it in the floor so I could get it tangled in my feet.. They should stay in their lane doing tires an oil changes only! Not a good experience in any way wasted 2 days while Doug fumbled everything..pitiful..

Had a sensor go bad regarding my brakes. I had to work and really couldn’t find the time to come into the shop. These guys went above and BEYOND to come pick up my car at my residence, took it back to the shop to have it fixed, and brought it back to me when it was done. I mean - who does that these days?! TOP NOTCH customer service with more than reasonable prices. These guys are the real deal! I am SO grateful for the team at Bear Auto!!! I also had them replace 2 tires for me and they did a stellar job with that as well! Keep up the good work gentlemen!! You are appreciated more than you know!!

They told me all my tires were bald and it would cost over $1000. They said it would take about 1 hour and there was a 45 minute wait. My tires only have 30k miles on them. Its a new car. I went there because I had a nail in one of the tires. They acted friendly and offered to put air in my tire but i can see thats part of the sales pitch.

Thank you. Unbelievable. I was helping my older friend repair a flat tire, and we couldn't fix the nail hole with a plug, multiple holes. Took it to Bear Auto on Brandon Blvd by the dairy queen. The manager basically gave me a very nice used tire , mounted it, and balanced it for $54. He knew i was helping out a financially poor neighbor, and he helped out also. People can be amazing. Very friendly place.

I had to have my vehicle towed to their shop, recommend from a friend. It needed a water pump, and the turn around time was the same day, which I loved, because I had my vehicle back asap. Great customer service as well, I needed a ride there and they offered to pick me up, which I thought was so nice of them. So I definitely recommend them for your vehicle needs. I myself will definitely use them from now on as my mechanic and tire shop.

The people at bear tire and auto did a nice job on my alignment, however the reason I’m giving. 4 stars and not 5 comes down to communication. I get that shit happens when running a business, especially in a trade like auto maintenance, but that doesn’t mean you don’t tell your customer what’s going on with their vehicle. I brought my car in at around 9AM, told them that I’d be leaving it and they said ok. They quoted me $150-$180 since my car is lowered and has some aftermarket suspension parts (toe and camber adjusters). I didn’t hear a single thing about my car all day and saw that they were closing at 5:30PM (at the time it was 5:00PM). I decide to call the shop only to hear that their lift broke and that my car was stuck and had to stay overnight, this really inconvenienced me as I needed the car the next day. The next day rolls around and I called to check up on the job they said they were almost done and that it should only take a few more minutes, I ask to pay online and they told me that the total was now $350. My problem is not the price, I understand time is money, however I don’t think it’s right to do the job and then when I’m getting ready to pay let me know “oh it’s going to be an extra $200 since it was a difficult job” what you do as a proper business owner, is let the client know BEFOREHAND that there will have to be a price increase because the work will be more difficult than expected. I’m just disappointed about that especially when YOUR lift broke and inconvenienced me. Again good job done, just bad customer service.
