They go above and beyond for their customers. They are honest and great at what they do. They solved a problem for us that has been going for months with the dealership in one morning! The car drives perfect. And we are no longer looking to get rid of it. They were upfront. Honest. Great communication. Very friendly! Clean shop. Professional. And top quality work! Attentive to my big dually one-ton truck’s maintenance schedule, checking areas I’d forgotten to check (like inside cabin filter). I find it easy to get scheduled appointments, and has a clean waiting room if needed. Very personable front desk staff. I can appreciate the Christian witness thru the decor without being personally being “preached” at. I highly recommend this fine service center for all routine services.

This place has always been a honest place to work with and they get the job done right. Ken is great to work with as well, their customer service and communication is top notch. This is a Review for those that have a diesel Motor Home and are looking for a reliable repair service at a reasonable cost in the Lakeland Florida area. My motor home that was repaired by A&D. 2008 Monaco Knight 38 PDQ. Cummins 360 HP diesel, Allison 6 speed transmission. The problem was a leaking front engine oil seal. The leak allowed oil to be sprayed onto the radiator that reduced cooling capacity. Also while doing inspection of the engine it was discovered that the exhaust manifold gaskets were leaking badly. The oil leak was identified by two other repair shops but only A&D identified the problem to me. All three shops gave me similar quotes for repair but without fixing the exhaust leak. Took a couple of weeks to find all the parts required for the repair. And about ten calendar days for the repair to be completed. We have put over three thousand miles on the RV since repair and the overheating problem has been resolved. I am very happy with the repair and feel confident that this problem is behind me. Special thanks to Ken and Tyler for their professionalism.
