Came in to purchase 4 new tires. Young mechanic was very rude from the second I walked in. He laughed at me and said they don’t give senior citizen discounts this isn’t dennys. Says clearly on the front door they give senior discounts and military.

I had a slow leak in my right front tire and called A&D and they told me to come right in. The person at the service desk was very friendly and took my car right into the shop. I was't there 20 min and the nail hole was fixed. When I asked how much I owed, I was told that it was free. I even tried to give a donation to the crews morning coffee fund but they wouldn't take it. This is a 5-star business without a doubt.

My truck has over 220K miles on it. I had a ticking and misfire due to a lifter bearing failure. Doyle and the team were able to put it all back together and it runs like it is brand new. I even bought new Michelin tires. Great place to service your vehicle. Fair price and excellent work.

I am new here in Cape Coral and only here for a week, so when my car wouldn’t start, of. COURSE it was on Saturday! Fortunately, I found A & D Tire and Autd and called. The owner was working, and was very empathetic to my situation. He got the car in immediately on Monday morning and had it ready an hour before I needed to return m,y rental. Not only that, but he called us to say that he couldn’t get the car to re-create the issue and offered to let us pick it up free of charge. Needless to say, he earned our trust in that call, and we had the repairs done. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! We are so appreciative!

I got a screw in my tire and panicked because my boyfriend was out of town and I don't know how to change a tire. I just drove and found this place. I'm so happy I did! They plugged my tire up super quick and FOR FREE!!! They were so friendly and we even had a scheduled tune up at another chain place that we cancelled and are taking it back there to do the work. They recently opened down the street from where I work and I decided to give them a shot as they were so close and new! This is not a chain and I was immediately impressed by the personal service I received. I brought my cars there for some simple maintenance but they have earned my future business through these interactions. They have gone above and beyond so far and its very evident that they take significant pride in the outcome of their work. When I walked into this place, (after going to 5 other tire shops that could not help me with a tire patch for hours or leave car overnight) I knew I had found a gem! Doyle, the owner was warm and welcoming with a can do attitude. You could sense that everyone there enjoyed being there and had a team attitude. This veteran owned establishment is striving for excellence, honesty, customer care. They patched my tire in under 10 minutes and said it was on the house. I will be back for other auto and tire needs. Good to find honesty, integrity, competency, and friendliness in a locally owned business!

I had them change my oil and they never tightened the oil plug my car lost all the oil and blew the motor because of the bad work the car only had 20000 miles and it was a 2022. The guy Doyle told to go screw myself after it happened. Never go to this shop. Bad business beware

I needed my tire fixed, this was the 4th place I’d stopped, everyone told me I’d be hours. Here, they immediately took my keys & offered my boys a free snack. In no time it was done and…. It was absolutely free. When we are here I will use them for any & all future auto needs! This is what makes small businesses so amazing. What an amazing owner & business!

They were supposed to do a simple wheel and tire swap, but in the process, they Decided to pull out the sensors out Of the aftermarket wheels Without notifying me totally scratched up two wheels also lost two center caps.
