Brought in my 2014 Equinox for transmission issue. They did diagnostic and test drive. Found no codes but confirmed slipping between 2nd and 3rd gears. Advised they cudn't fix it but recommended another shop. I appreciated being able to talk to the mechanic and get answers to my questions. Wud definitely go back for other issues.

Brought for Escape to the because of oil leak. Diagnosed it as an incorrectly installed oil filter. Very honest I expected the worse and they told me the lesser problem!! Went in with an undiagnosed whistle. Quickly discovered it was a valve cover leak. Went with an inexpensive part just to try. Didn't work so they quickly found a new value cover and could schedule a repair time within days and completed the repair at the price quoted. I would definitely use them again as they were very professional and competent at a fair price.
