They are amazing! They don't over charge! Too busy to play games. If its broke they fix it or send you to someone who can. If there's nothing wrong they don't look for something. They are very trustworthy. As a female if they tell me something is wrong I can trust it is.

I've known these guys for over 10 years. They've worked on 3 of my cars...I bought a mini van from Tony. They are both great mechanics and fair and honest. I live in Queens but I make the trek to Brooklyn to get my Honda serviced. I Highly recommend them!!

Honesty is what I love about this shop. I went to check my oil leak coming out of my wheels at "Woodhaven Auto Shop" on woodhaven Blvd and Atlantic ave, they charged me $200 to let the car stay and the next day they cant find anything but suggest that I do a whole engine rebuilt. Lucky "Jack and Tony" was opened, and I drove to Brooklyn. The only problem was just over fill of engine oil, just had to do an oil change and no problems afterwards. Love this shop, cant do without them and my only go to shop.

My H.S. friend Chunky was part owner back in the 80's w/ his brother-in-Law Tony? or Jack. been here since 80's. so now they retired. Honest / integrity / Fast & very fair, if not on the cheaper price side. other's charging down the block $100 - 125 hr they are lower. you won't be disappointed on this shop.

A Plus 1 is great John now runs repair shop after Jack and Tony retired. My husband bought our 2012 Honda Accord V-6 for a big maintenance: Timing Belt, Serpentine Belt, water pump, thermostat, coolants(2 gallons), spark plugs. Honda engine with VCM had class action lawsuit on foul spark plugs so my husband wanted to replaced and asked John to keep all old parts for inspection: wear and tear. All OEM parts were bought to John and price was extremely fair, and John answered all my husband’s questions. Thank you A Plus 1, for great service, honesty , and professionalism.

Honest service including annual NYS inspection. I don’t have to worry if my wife brings car for inspection now. Fast and precise last year I didn’t remove the resignation sticker and staff gladly removed and place new one on windshield. Thank you staffs from A Plus 1 auto and John.

Herb and Michelle are the only two I’ve found in Florida that run a honest garage and at fair honest prices for their work. Go there before you even have an oil change. I was at sun Toyota for a oil change my service representative left me there to go to a meet and greet at his child’s school I waited so long even after they send me a film of what they say i need done on my 2017 Rav 4 which is a excellent car. I asked someone else for help they didn’t charge me the 100!bill for the oil change I asked for nothing I was there for a oil change nothing free. So I was told I needed 3200 plus work done I made an appointment went back for it left my car in 45 mins said my car was done. Had been told the work would be all day job red flag. They wanted to do alignment which I didn’t need said I had tire tread wear. I asked why did they not do the work Lou said I didn’t make appointment for it which I had with him another red flag. So I said I’ll call when I’m ready to do the work. Called Herb he said red flags after I told him my long story. Herb said he would check what they wanted to and he did said I didn’t need any of it done I’ll never return to Sun Toyota ever rip off dealership sad to say don’t go there. Herb would do the same work for less then half of what they wanted to charge if I even needed it done.
