NEVER got to use them.. They booked my car to be towed to their location and when the towtruck which was loaded with my car called to confirm thee location They refused to accept it because they didnt have the room to store it. Imagine all the work to get a new location while the Car was on the truck > No regard for people I found anothe body shop and after working with my insurance company we re sent another tow truck to the new shop People matter don't use them

car was fixed and everything greatly but after I left the place I realizes that i had things missing in my car, I lost my Polo cap and also my raybans. The passenger side compartment where I kept my insurances information and little belonging were all digged up thrown to the back seat. Don't trust them with your belonging and don't put your personal valuable belongings in the car if your getting it fixed.

Do not bring your car here for an insurance mandated photo inspection. They will lie, lose the paperwork and give you the run around. No respect for customers and a complete lack of professionalism. How do you not keep records on services rendered? Maybe the IRS needs to pay you a visit?!?

Recently, I had an accident repairing the front bumper and left it there at their shop for a few days. Upon getting the car back, I looked at the repaired bumper, and it looked like it was brand new. Any issues with the car, i will definitely go back again.

First time I ever came to a body shop for repair. And this will be my ONLY place I come for body repair. Wow! What a incredible job this people have done. Brought my 2011 civic because of a deep scratch left on the right side of my vehicle (both passenger door, mirror, and lower rear bumper) for a very reasonable - a helluva lot cheaper than everywhere else. My car looked like I bought it off the lot again Picked my car up and honestly I was expecting a bad job, or at the very least uneven paint work. But, boy was I wrong. Bring your car here for ALL work you will not regret it. Vinnie the manager was a great guy working with as well.

Very satisfied with the service that was provided. The work was completed fast even though it was the 4th of July weekend. They even vacuumed and washed the car. The staff was friendly and professional. Hopefully my car doesn't break down anymore but if it does I'll definitely go back.

If you want an auto body shop that has a manager walking around, checking everyone's work and caring about quality control, this is the place for you. I've been coming here for years and they do the best work of anyone around. I think Vinny has fixed probably like 6 of my cars and I've never had any issues with anything. Trust me when I say they do amazing work.

Took my car there to have the rear bumper painted. A few weeks later I was lightly bumped in the rear at a red light. The paint came off clean and cracked across the whole bumper. The driver who bumped me said that he couldn't have done all that damage and gave me a hard time and was refusing to give me his paperwork. The cops had to be called. I took the car to another collision shop and asked him why the paint cracked and came off like it did. He told me they used cheap paint. I looked it up on Google and got the same answer.

So… one star because they really know how to buffing something. If you need to repair and paint I’ll be not that sure: brought my murano with damaged edges on driver side fender and door - they took it and work with it two weeks. As result - amazingly polished “fixed” parts but if looking closer you can see that door have NOT perfect geometry, edge inside the door don’t even painted (you can see unpainted body filler when door opens), they even left piece of yellow tape between door and fender. After buffing remains of compound stayed in gaps between panels. PS If you need buffing something this is your shop, if you need repair - think twice.

Then was involved in an accident and they went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. More recently, brought my car for a mysterious leak which the team was able to detect and repair within a couple of hours or less.
