Came for an oil change that went fine. I asked them to check on a noise going on. One of them took out a piece of metal hanging from the car. But that didn't stop the noise. Instead, I got a new problem in which my lights stay on even when the car is off. They refused to take responsibility or even check it.

I gotten oil chages, battery replaced with the xable and heads, brake pads, replaced front bumper,head lights and wheel baring done at this place. Prices are fair only to be surpast by their supurior customer service. You would on the best hands. If they can help it they will not take long at all. Call ahead make an appoitment. You will be seen then he will let you you know when is the best time to come get your service.

I have been coming to Arthur's auto shop for over 10 years and that is before he became the new owner. With that being said the mechanics are great when it comes to the knowledge of the vehicle. They are courteous and helpful. Their prices are within reason. The quality of the job is excellent... Any problems I always come to Arthur's auto shop.. These are the best mechanics I've ever dealt with. Honest, trustworthy and so efficient! Arturo( the owner), and Marco one of the mechanics, are fantastic. Went to pick up my car after a quote only to catch the technicians joy-riding my BMW to the store for personal use. There was no reason to be driving my car around town if no repair had been done. They are very likely doing this to your car too BE CAREFUL!!! I am very dissatisfied with this treatment and lack of respect to me as a customer. I would highly recommend going to a trust worthy place that treats customer with respect.

Tried going for an oil change. I called ahead to make an appointment. He confirmed the time to arrive at the mechanic. Then, once I arrive, he tells me he can not do the oil change at the time and to come back in an hour. I then call an hour later and the mechanic tells me he can't do the oil change that same day because he has too many cars. The mechanic wastes time and isn't sure of himself when fixing your car or not knowing his own schedule. Red flags.

did all4 rotors and pads and Brake Caliper comes off because caliper pin was not installed properly, had to wait on the side for more than 2 hours because they did not want to call towing, mechanic came and said brake caliper pin got off. after that car was in for couple more days because tires were flat and rims were damaged. at that time car was not drivable. Brake system lights on. Got the car back, Brake System Lights On immediately. He blames on e brake sensor might be bad. But car never had brake lights before and he was the one that had car for the brake job… Now the car is running on Brake Light everyday. Still.

I will never come back to this place ever again. Came there for an oil change. A few months ago, probably about a year ago. And I told him I was here for an oil change. So I'm there waiting then, 30 minutes, go past and I see him taking other customers' keys. So I walk up to him and ask him what's going on, mind you He walks past me about 3 times when I'm there. And he said, "oh I didn't know You were here still you'd have to come back another time". Even though I was there for about forty five minutes at that time. Very unprofessional and obviously can't trust this man.
