I had my car sitting in my driveway for months due to covid and lock downs. Finally decided to take it for repairs. He took time to fit me in at the end of his day when my car broke down and I was travelling with my family. We felt stranded, far away from home, and worried. He hooked it up to the machine and ran the codes and tried a few quick things that it might be. He also gave us good insight and information regarding the problem the car was having. He saw people in a pinch having a bad day and reached out and showed kindness. So much appreciated!!

I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience at Action Auto Repair .They do honest business ,they tell you what the problem might be before they start repairing your car...In my case there was an issue with the transmission (was shaking when driving) Chris is the real DEAL!!!He started by replacing the fluid which isnt as costly as fixing mechanical problems in a transmission and his suspicion was right on point!!! I thought i would leave my car at this place for couple of days but I went back on the road few hours later ...definitely recommend!!!!

If I lived local this would be my go to shop for car repair. I ran over something with my car and broke down on the NJ Turnpike. Ended up needing a new transmission and exhaust. I didn't know where to go but luckily found Action Auto Repair. This was my first time working with this shop. They kept me well informed through the entire repair. My repair was completed in a timely fashion with the highest degree of care. Very happy with the quality of the repair and professionalism if the staff.

Excellent service a my van started leaking antifreeze and I was able to make it to this auto repair but luck the manager took care of the problem right away. I have had the pleasure to use this car service 2 times in the last few months Chris is professional and friendly On my first visit my battery was dead he found that the battery was still under warranty and he completed all the paperwork I did not remember that it was still under warranty On my 2 nd visit my car was dead again he completed a thorough inspection and determined that I was not driving it enough and recommended that I take it out at least once a week for all this work he refused to take any money he is professional and ethical
