This place takes advantage of the women in Fairfield City. I had to work and asked my wife to take one of my cars to get a smog test she went there and 1. He told her that the smog would be $60 (2. He said that he could not do the test because of air intake after market . (3. He said that I didnt have the right hoses on my car . So I took my car to Vacaville and got the smog done for $30 no hassle.....

The techs are nice but very much unknowledgable on the mechanics of a vehical... if you have any aftermarket parts (even C.A.R.B legal) on the vehical they will turn you away cause they're scared.

I thought this place was fast but I noticed they charge differently for each person. I saw an ad that says $40 which include certificate. I brought my second car in and it was $50 buck. They said the $40 was for new comers but the ad never said that. Then I had a different air filter which didn't have an EO number (whatever that is I don't know). So I have to bring the vehicle in again to test with an EO number sticker on the air filter and pay another $33 bucks. I would never use them again. They way they do their practice is unethical especially charging different amounts to random customers.

I only trust this place for my smog tests. The man who works there does great work and is very friendly! Getting your car smogged can be very scary but I always have full trust when I get my car, or any relatives car tested here!

Never GO here. Each customer gets new price!!! Dont spend your money here. He will Lie to each customer In your face!!!! Tried to charge 90 bucks for smog test, went around the corner same test half the price!!!! DON'T go there. I'm an African American male I read on here about discrimination against women I agree !!!!

Edit to review. Was told my catalytic converter was the wrong one and provided with evidence of that assertion. Took it to a muffler shop and then the smog referee and was told these guys were totally wrong by both. Luckily the exhaust shop owner was a good guy and saved me spending money on a new exhaust. Take what they say with a grain of salt, not as good as they seemed up front. Only leaving 2 stars because the mechanic was both fast and friendly so other than the waste of money a good experience.

I have used this shop exclusively for over 5 years. Never waited longer than 45 minutes and that was a very busy day with a couple of people in front of me. My husband and I have gone here since we moved to Fairfield 4 years ago. Always great service! They take care of their customers, always honest, great pricing, nice discount for regular customers. The one time my car didn't pass smog I wasn't charged. The gentleman explained the issue and how to fix it. I came back later the same day and passed smog. I have no need to go anywhere else.
