I do not recommend this place at all, my husband took his truck to get it checked and he took two weeks and didnt even check or fix his truck He also wouldn't answer his phone everytime my husband tried to call him, very inconsiderate knowing we needed our truck!

I took my car because the motor support needed to be fixed. He fixed one of the parts but my car continued to have the same issue so I took it again and he fixed it again but he said he changed the same part he had already fixed. Until now my car has the same issue and I paid twice for the same service. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I needed a new alternator and asked the guys at O reilley where i could find honest lower priced services i took my 2005 ford focus in and they have always taken very good care of me and very honest and always fixed everything perfectly, I trust there services and staff more than any other auto shop in Fairfield so happy to know them im actually calling them today for a regular maintenance tune up.

A great experience. I was disappointed I couldn't use my coupon, turns out it's not valid on commercial vehicles (I had a cargo van). But service was great. When I said I have to use a wheelchair, the employee said I could remain in the driver's seat during testing; a big plus. The place looked overall clean. There was no wait even though there were a few cars and people there. I would certainly return.

Efficient, easy, and knowledgeable! I was referred to Victor's shop from O'Reilly Auto Parts in Suisun and I was pleased with the referral. Victor answered my call right away and was able to see my car the next day. I was initially told from O'Reilly that I needed a part replaced, but when Victor looked at the car he noticed that all it needed was an oil change, and explained to me why - which I appreciated. He told me it would take 20 minutes to change the oil. I'd left to go get a coffee at a nearby café and the car was ready and waiting upon my return. So far, the car is running smoother -- will update if anything changes. Thanks Victor!

I took my car to get serviced and it felt like he was holding my car hostage. I called after 2 days and he said he’s getting to it and after the third day I pulled up and seen the car where I parked it when I left it. Very unprofessional would not recommend

1 star just to to type, this place deserves 0 stars, Very unprofessional ,that guy Adolfo waisted my time didn’t look interested to work on my car, left it with him 4 days, never answered my calls when I called to check because he never called me, showed up to find my car in same spot he told me to park down the street. He didn’t have a valid answer on why he didn’t work on my car. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME at this lousy good for nothing mechanic shop!!!!!
