Open on Sunday!!! What nice and friendly service. We were traveling home to Oregon and we had the engine light turn on. We searched our area everywhere was closed. This guy was the only one open. Put it on the computer and helped us out. Thank God for Jeff. He was absolutely a life saver!!! Highly recommend.

Jeff runs a great shop. Surprise, surprise, the VW Dealer tried to rip me off. I was passing through town and broke down 800 miles from home. Clutch issues. Got towed in to VW Dealer and received a quote of $3,202.29 and 6 days to be on the road. WOW. I called around and found 3 VW shops that all said the whole thing was ridiculous. Got several verbals for half that with aftermarket parts and it was unanimously recommended by them to use aftermarket parts. Jeff at "Auto Repair Solutions" sounded the most savvy of them all but I gave VW the opportunity to quote with after market parts as well. Came in at $3080.85. A whole $122 bucks cheaper. I know dealer parts are way higher than aftermarket. I called a parts place and determined that the VW guy must charge triple to install after market parts or something. I had it towed out of VW and directly to "Auto Repair Solutions" a German auto specialist and was on the road in 24 hours with a $1652.00 bill as promised by phone, on time and very satisfied. I waited 3 weeks to submit this review so I was sure he did good work. Actually runs better. Jeff was right on the money.

Knowledgable, Professional, and Fair. My aunt's car was due for a smog test and had a check engine light on. She's had a couple bad repair experiences. I live out of state and came down to help. I Googled shops in her area and Auto Repair Solutions was first listed and highest rated. I called Jeff, he said he was slammed. After explaining I was from out of town trying to help my aunt. He said he'd squeeze us in. He fixed the main problem, cleared the codes and she passed her smog test. Thanks Jeff

PT.1 Ive heard good things about this mechanic names Jeff from a good friend of mine so I decided to take the experience myself which wasn’t good. I paid him $2,000 do a oil change & repair a oil leak on my Audi Q7 which he never fixed. After my truck being there for 2 months I took it to a different shop where I was told nothing has attempted to be done. This Jeff character never answers the phone, nor have receipts for new parts just poor customer service over all. He also begged me to write him a 5 star review due another customer giving him a bad one. Dishonest! PT.2 I also had my Maserati at his shop as well & that was a nightmare, this car set 4 months waiting to get a oil change which never happened. When I told him I’ll be picking it up he called me back & said it wouldn’t start TBC............

I went back to Jeff about not repairing my seat. In the end, he did the correct thing and repaired my seat with no additional charge. He was pleasant and apologetic about it, and I would say that the problem in the initial handling had been related to some extenuating issues out of his control. He was honest and open about what had happened.

I have used Jeff for a couple years for repair of our cars based on the excellent ratings. Most recently, I had him change the headlamp bulb and repair the seat on my Mazda that was stuck. When I came to pick it up, he said he needed to order the part "a tab" for the seat to prevent the problem from recurring. I paid him in full, and expected a call back, as he had never given me a reason not to trust him. When I didn't hear back from him, I went again to ask what happened, and he gave me an excuse about some family issues and said he would let me know when the part came in. I never heard from him a second time. I went back again a couple months later, and he did finally repair the seat at no additional charge. He was apologetic and pleasant. He obviously had some extenuating circumstances, and overall I know that he is honest, but it was a bit frustrating, as it took a lot of extra effort for me, when I don't have a lot of extra time myself. I hope that he will try to make what ever small changes he needs to keep the excellent reputation he has had. I trust that he will.

Jeff is awesome! When I called him he immediately started trying to help me identify what was wrong with my car before I got it towed there. He quickly assessed my cars problem in shop, fixed it and had it back to me within a few days. I sent my husband there while it was being towed there and as soon as my husband got home the first thing he said was, "We're going to Jeff from now on." Great service. Dealership work with affordable pricing. Went to Jeff for my BMW. Tried contacting multiple service centers and Jeff responded first & quickly. Replaced my water pump, before doing anything Jeff let me know what "may" be the problem and then did a proper diagnostic to determine what actually was the problem. Repair was done quickly and done right. Had a friend of mine review the labor cost and cost was in line of service of work done. Needed a 30K service for my 2012 Lexus and didn't want to spend $800 at a dealership. Jeff got me in the next day and took care of everything for a very fair price. The tire pressure service light came on about a month prior to the service. Jeff told me why it was on, where the faulty sensor was located, why he couldn't fix it, and several other places that could. I appreciated his candor and professionalism; he didn't try to BS me, or promise anything he couldn't deliver. I'll definitely be going back.
