Terrible business owner changes prices for parts, labor, and vehicle diagnostics. Spoke with owner to get my car checked told me 75 dollars for a vehicle diagnostic, tried to charge me 95 dollars an HOUR to check what the problem was for my car after originally saying the charge for a vehicle diagnostic would be 75 dollars. His excuse was oh this might be electrical so that’s 95 dollars a hour because it might take longer. This man will change his prices to rip you off and to accommodate whatever is most convenient for his pockets, and gets mad when you call him out on his own shenanigans there’s better car shops out there don’t let this pls stop try to get over on you!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve taken my car to many mechanics and none of them could figure out what was wrong with my car but they figured it out in a couple hours. If you’re skeptical or intimidated by auto shops, this place will put you at ease. He knows what he’s doing and explains everything to you. Surprised there aren’t more reviews but my guess is because on here it’s “K & S Automotive Inc” but their store front is actually “AZ CARE CARE”, perhaps it’s just outdated but their phone number on here is correct.

I told Jose I Think my car may needed a thermostat, ( I asked for a price if it was thermostat) I let him know that I wasn’t sure what the problem was because I’m not a mechanic. I asked if he could find out what the problem was and he said yes we will check it out and see what’s going on! Ladies always ask for diagnostic. Jose didn’t check my car instead he just put a thermostat on and I drove my car a mile and it ran extremely hot faster than b4. He didn’t fix the problem but said it’s my heads but that he didn’t know anything about fixing it. $250 plus part and coolant just to have car towed back home. My experience was awful.

Repair:Brake lights staying on. The original diagnostic was a brake light switch; however the mechanic found that a wire behind the brake pedal had severed. He was able to rewire it & didn't have to replace the switch, saving me $. I can't speak for others experiences here but I would bring my truck back here again. Reasonable prices, good work.

They currently have my truck and I don’t lose sleep at night cause I know my truck is in good hands . Honest helpful and good quality work ! Fair pricing and always give other options if the repair job allows options .

Do not stop here, mainly if your a female. I been having issues with my starter. My car would start slow but it would always take me wherever I needed to go. Obviously I needed to get it checked. The minute I drove into this shop to get my car looked at, the mechanic looked under my hood, unhooked some stuff. Took my starter out to tell me its bad. When he put it back in, my car did not start at all!! He told me to let it cool off. I waited 30 minutes and my car still couldn't start!! (My car was working fine that day before pulling into that shop! You mean to tell me all the sudden it wouldn't start!!?!?) I truly believe they set me up, especially as a female!! For a new starter part and labor, I had to pay $450 right on the spot. I didn't have time to get a second option, look up other shop prices. I didn't have money for a tow truck. I had no choice to let them work on my car. I feel like they purposely found a way for my car NOT to start so they could make their money.

This is an HONEST repair shop. They do good work at a fair price.I brought my car in for a brake pad change and he told me I didn't need one yet and took the time to show me that my pads still had plenty of miles left.The owner is incredibly helpful and nice. I am always greeted with a smile and he doesn't mind all the questions I ask concerning my vehicle.Very friendly .

I’ve been to this shop twice before for A/C repairs. The first time, I was told the blower needed to be replaced and paid $200. The A/C worked for a couple of months, then started blowing hot air again. I returned and was told it was the resistor, which cost me $300 (this was in October). Now I’m having the exact same issue. Since the work should be under warranty, I went back. At first, he said he didn’t remember me or the repair, which I understood. But then he suddenly said he did remember and began arguing with me, claiming the original issue was something else and that’s why he replaced the resistor. The conversation became confrontational instead of professional. He went outside to look at my truck and said, “Look, I found the issue.” When I told him that if it was something completely different again, I would just take my vehicle elsewhere, he opened up my vehicle, then abruptly said he wasn’t going to fix anything and told me to take my car somewhere else. This was very disappointing, especially since I had my daughter with me. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just for the prior repair to be honored if it was still under warranty. The lack of professionalism and refusal to stand behind the work is why I can’t recommend this shop.
