I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy. John is rude and condescending, I used my extended warranty. John didn't want to cover his work or back the labor. So a month later when my transmission went out (again) after him having my truck for 3 weeks. I extremely wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

Brought my truck to this place months ago and have had nothing but a bad experience. Paid over $4300 for a new transmission and it was all a lie. Truck is unsafe to drive and John is aggressive and can only put it in God's hands. Given my supposed 3 year 36k mile warranty it has been brought back again for a least 3 times. Had to pay my mechanic to tell me I had a transmission problem and the staff keeps telling my wife and I that nothing is wrong even though it won't shift properly, ect. If they are not honorable and fix what was paid for, then will have to spend thousands of dollars more to fix somewhere else so it is safe for our authentic son to drive. Hopefully Eagle won't intentionally do more damage. Considered small claims court, but have put it in God's hands. So disappointed.
