Wasn’t having such a great day in the middle of moving my 2015 GMC just had its transmission go out,i was using my fiancé‘s old car Driving from work over an hour and 20 minutes Just about home and my car completely died at the intersection In Mesquite. 2 police officers right behind helped me get my car to the AutoZone.luckily only about 30 feet away I was held by a very friendly AutoZone employee I believe his name was Brendan/Brandon. Great work ethic and professionalism instantly brighten up my day.I feel he went out of his way beyond just doing his job . I was wondering to myself if writing a good review about my experiment at ur store will help this young man a raise so I decided to write this. These are the people that make me keep coming back to AutoZone

waited a hour in just to not get help waited 30 minutes in line ( only 2 people in front of me ) tried to return had 3 different excuses as to why i couldn't one being apparently i had to do something online or on the app not the case as their is a barcode that says take to any autozone and the day previously i returned a different item i ordered online with no hiccups at a different location second excuse was it said i already returned the item i had with the receipt in box somehow the third excuse apparently no order popped up not with the barcode or receipt went to another location directly after waiting a hour was in and out within 10 minutes just asked for the number on my account and just like that in and out

As a former employee at the Hub store 1522 back in 2013, we always prided ourselves with great, friendly, helpful customer service to our paying customers. Every AutoZone I’ve been to up until this point in time, I’ve always been treated right and with respect. I love spending my money here. Came in on a Sunday to a respectful gentlemen that was assisting me with acquiring some spark plugs $13.09 a piece for a V8. I told him I wanted to grab the right sized socket for the plugs, so I head to the tools section and grab a socket to test the fit, didn’t work. Now, here comes a manager named Aaron (white pointy hair), comes to inform us that we had the wrong spark plugs for a gasoline engine.... we both researched, me and the red shirt employee and confirmed that we indeed had the correct plugs. I go back to the tool section to grab the right socket and in the most demanding voice, Aaron says “take this one back with you and put it back. I reply with with I will, I’m just testing out the sockets. Aaron says, “No No, take this back and put it back on the shelf, my job is to get you the right part at the right price.” I reply with “You actually work here, it kind of is your job”. Who commands a customer to put something back on the shelf, because they don’t want to do it and apparently it is not his job to stock items back on the shelf. I took it back, hung it up, and Aaron comes over there realizing he was talking to me in such a condescending manner. “Oh did I offend you?” Have a nice day. He tries to hand me a socket, I walked right out and drove to a different AutoZone, where they know how to treat their customers. Aaron, if you can’t work on your customer service skills, there are other jobs out there for you.

I bought an alternator at the Buckner Hub Location, part didn't fit so I tried returning it here on the same day with my receipt. Manager didn't even try help me return it tried to say it was policy that I had to return at same location, which is not true. Part was scuffed from attempting to install into vehicle said they can't do damaged returns, they needed original box and they need approval from higher-up (dispite being manager herself). Excuses after excuses. Waited over an hour and no help from management at all. The employees were talking about me in Spanish not knowing I fully speak Spanish as well. Went to a different AutoZone next day, returned alternator in less than 5 minutes with no issues, no questions, no excuses. All I needed was a simple refund and this location gave me so many issues. I used to work at this very location so I understand the frustration of refunds but they went about this completely wrong.

All of the other AutoZone locations around here are Amazing. At this location for some reason 9 out of 10 times the employees are too busy talking to each other, cursing about personal matters and always make it seem like you're bothering them. No manners. No basic hi, welcome, thank you... Absolutely nothing... Ever... A little professionalism and common courtesy goes a very long was. Very sad...

There is a female employee who looks unhappy, as if she is working against her will. It is the worst location I have ever been to, and it has a very negative energy—it completely drains you. They also add extra items to your bill without you noticing and then do not give them to you. Be careful.
