I really liked everything. One of the major advantages was that I brought my own parts, and they accepted them without any issues, which is rare as not all service centers are willing to work with customer-supplied parts. I had the oil and oil filter changed, replaced the front shock absorbers, sway bar links and did the wheel alignment. The work took about 4 hours, which was fine for me as I had no time constraints. After completing the wheel alignment, they conducted a test drive and pointed out other parts that might need replacement in the future. The approach was professional, with a focus on quality work and clear recommendations. Overall, I’m very satisfied!

This is only mechanic shop in Brooklyn that I know of that will rescue you when your car breaks down. Amazing service. Also , Irfan is the best in mechanical diagnosis. The man is brilliant. His rates are reasonable. I am using A-1 Auto for several years and I have never been disappointed with their service. They stand by their warranty. Irfan will not let you down. You can put your auto in their hands and sleep well at night.

sloppy job. Got the car from the garage with hood OPEN signal ON. hood didn’t aligned. When they polished they hit the other panel. Painted the hood without patching it. And paid in cash
