I had a disappointing experience at A1 tire shop. I arrived at 9 PM, needing a replacement tire for my Kia Forte. The staff informed me that a used tire would cost $110, which seemed high for a small car. While I understand everyone has personal lives, the employee made it clear he was eager to leave and spent much of the time chatting with his coworker about going home. Instead of focusing on customer service, he told me I needed to “understand that he has a life too.” As a paying customer, I expect professionalism and courteous service, regardless of the time. If the shop is open late, employees should be prepared to assist customers until closing without making them feel like an inconvenience. This experience left a bad impression, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this shop to others.

I got a flat tire on thr freeway. AAA said that the tireshops that they used were closed and that they couldn't search others for me. I'm just a quick Google search I found A1 tires open until 11:30 pm. I called they were very friendly said they were indeed open until 11:30 and would be able to help me. Once we arrived in the tow truck I spoke to a nice gentleman who got right on it. They saw that I was with my daughter and even moved some things around so that we didn't have to stand. They showed me the hole and gave me some options. I told them that I didn't have the funds for a new tire and even the cost of a used one would be a challenge. They took another look at the tire and said that they were confident that they could repair it. They even worked with me on the price. I was very happy and it took no time at all. Thank you guys for making my experience pleasant and painless. I'll be happy to refer my friends and loved one because I know they will be in good hands. 😊😊😊

Great service!! I think his name was Austin, he was awesome. We had a flat tire, so I called A1 to see if they had our tire in stock. They had a bunch in stock, so I had our tow truck drive us to A1. He was so fast we were in and out in under 20 minutes. Great service! So grateful they were able to get our tire changed so we could get back in the road!!

Open late and reasonably priced! Rolled up on a curb and blew my tire out, had just enough air to make it here without having to tow. They had me in and out in less than 15 mins. Prices go up after 6pm but hey..at least they're open. Great service, super fast.

This place is a scam — go to In & Out tires around the corner. They sold me a bad tire that instantly deflated within 15 minutes. I called them to tell them I was coming back and they closed down shop. $100 for a damaged used tire at A1 or $160 for a brand new tire at in & out. Easy choice — save yourself the hassle and go around the corner to in & out.

Terrible service, had a blowout on the highway, called a-1 thinking they had good service from the reviews but boy was I wrong, the owner and the employee working were very u professional. They came out to change my tire and they put on a bad tire with slits in it that only rode 30 minutes before blowing out. Then we called them back and they blamed us for the popped tire saying it was from a cracked rim but you can obviously tell that those holes were planned. Charged me $500 for the tire change plus wanted an extra $400 to weld a sliver of a hairline crack. 0 STARS!!! Do not go here!!! Update to the owner reply… the crack was not in my rim prior to dealing with your company!

Had an emergency at 8pm on a Monday. Single mom here. Needed 2 tires. These guys came through with 2 of the same size tires, at a reasonable price, even though it was after hours....I called several other 24 hour shops who either didn't have 2 tires or wanted to charge me and arm and leg. Orbie took care of me and had me back on the road fast. I was able to get to work in the morning. This was thee best experience Ive had with a tire shop, hands down. Its my new shop for all my cars needs from here on out. Thank you so much Orbie
