I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped me—he was hilarious and instantly made me feel more at ease during a stressful moment. I was told by Sonny I would not be charged for a new axle shaft since he initially failed to diagnose it, therefore not including it in the estimate. However, when I looked at the itemized receipt, it was included in the total cost of my bill. So i was lied to. Furthermore, they performed 2 unauthorized repairs they categorized as Requiring Future Attention in the Vehicle Inspection Report. This is my front brakes and rotors and the brake fluid exchange. Again, this is something Sonny failed to mention to me during his verbal diagnosis, and estimate, provided to me over the phone, and then it magically appeared on my bill. I feel I was intentionally targeted and deceived. Beware of predatory practices and pricing from this location, and always make sure to look over your itemized receipt, and do all the math yourself, on a calculator, to make sure it's accurate.

I've only been to this place a few times since moving here in 2018. It's always been clean, and well organized. Service personal is normally pretty friendly. They have a nice car service for car repairs and shuttle if you need a ride after dropping car off for service. I'm normally here for maps when I travel. The only reason I have decided to give 4 stars is the fact that every time I have come to this AAA location, there is one person who is always looking at their cell phone, and it happens after each person she helps. I was waiting to pick up maps, and the other counter person was helping a family do passports, as soon as this gal was done with her customer she should of asked me to come forward and helped out, but she went right to looking at her phone and the poor other guy quickly got my maps while waiting for passport photos to print. I thanked him greatly. Normally I would not ding a place for something so minor as being on a cell phone, but I have noticed this person every time I have been here, while customers stood around waiting for help. If I notice it, I'm sure other customers are noticing it.

I brought my car in for an oil change on 10/29. I was told by Edward at the front desk that my brake fluid and coolant levels are low. I checked my fluids today they are very low and they didn’t add any brake fluid or coolant or windshield wiper fluid which from my understanding should be topped off. They are also telling me my brakes are also about to be metal on metal, which shouldn’t be the case since my brakes were replaced last August and are still under warranty. Edward is telling me if the calipers are bad they will be $800 each which shouldn’t not be my expense since the brakes were installed by a Triple A Technician. Also as my wife and I were being informed about the brakes a front desk person was screaming over the phone at a customer arguing and being defensive while shouting so loud our train of thought was interrupted. After this encounter I left to have lunch with my wife came back and as I was in the middle of the final transaction to pay for my oil change he interrupts me to answer a phone call and had a whole conversation while I have to wait for him to asses the customers car issues over the phone while I am waiting to pay so I can leave Triple A to tend to my wife that needs my support.

My car needed alignment done so i took it here...oh boy was i wrong! four months after the alignment done, they sent me an oil change coupon. i asked them to check the alignment again as it was still pulling me one-way two hours later, when i pick up my car they told me i needed a set of new tries in order to do a proper alignment. i told them why, it wasnt done right? the agent told me your tires were bad! i said no, there were fine before the alignment i saw them and confirmed with the tires shop! NEW! are you telling me now i needed new front ties? he told me yes, i questioned, so it wasnt done properly four months ago? he said well there could be other issue with your car, is an old car you know! i asked like what? he told me he dont really know until i had them to check the car in which will cost me more money!! and why would i do that?!?! cannot believe, AAA, their tech/agent did not apologize, did not take a single ounce of responsibility! in the end, i went in to do a $14.95 oil change, i came out paid the oil change + need to get two new tires from somewhere and probably need to do alignment in another shop! (they did try to charge me more for oil change because even when i dropped off my car i showed the agent my coupon but he fail to apply it!)

I went in for an oil change and Edward was very helpful in presenting all the available options and answered all my questions. The waiting area is a nice space with a wall desk to work on my laptop. They have bottles of water and coffee available while you wait. They also recommended other services I would need but not pushy about it.
