It's deeply gratifying knowing that there are still places like Marty's around. The people are all fantastic. Hands-on, attentive, giving updates, and reaching out. This is a shop that truly cares, not only about the quality of the repair, but the customer, as well. The quality of the work on my car was outstanding, and Marty worked through a mysterious sound coming from my suspension with real interest and attention. Mary gave me regular feedback concerning my repair. Most important, they stand behind their work and are genuinely concerned that the customer is happy with the repair, as well. Best mechanic! I went to Marty’s to fix my daughters engine. The owner took his time to fix every detail and showed us and explained what was wrong. I went here in May of 2022 for a few issues with my suspension, serpentine belt, and brakes. Mary at the front desk was awesome, and updated me very quickly throughout the day after dropping my car off to let me know of additional issues with the suspension they found. I was expecting the repair to take the better part of a week, they had it all done within less than 24 hours! Great service, car now drives like I just purchased it new. I highly recommend Marty's for complex mechanic work.

I took my 2012 Nissan Sentra in to Marty’s to get it checked it out before I shipped my car to California. Even though it was a bit of a time crunch, Luis the owner provided exceptional service. My car needed a new water pump and Luis ordered the part for me the next day. I brought the car back in and Luis rotated the tires, changed the belt, and replaced the water pump all within a few hours. Mary the service advisor provided me with a quote before they serviced my car and the price reflected the work that was done. I will 1000% recommend Marty’s in Aurora!!

What an amazing example of customer service. My son’s car broke down on Sunday night in Aurora. Not knowing what to do, I called Marty’s to leave a message saying I was going to tow my car to his lot and leave the key in it and hopefully they could look at it in the morning. To my surprise, Luis answered. As he was working Sunday night. He saved me a tow by grabbing a battery and running it over to me putting it in my car and driving it to his garage. The next morning he investigated what was wrong, which turned out to be a broken belt, idler arm and pulley. He with my permission, went ahead and repaired it. The car was available for me Monday afternoon and it runs like brand new can’t say enough about their service.

I wish i found Marty’s Automotive sooner, i have spent over 500 in mobile mechanic diagnostics fees to try and figure out what was wrong with my car and finally gave up and took it into Marty’s Automotive got a call 30 min later with my car fully running in the background and a 67 dollar fix, i recommend to everyone

Brought my 02 SS Monte Carlo in cause my exhaust system dropped. And they rebuilt the whole thing within a day. Other shops told me would take 5 days to EVEN look at it but Mary at Marty's said bring it in when you can. These guys are no joke especially with older cars. Price was fair too to fix also and wasn't heart dropping like at Firestone. Thank you Mary And thank you guys at Marty's. Very very happy customer.
