The team at Midas Fox Valley has been open and honest about our family cars for many years (even when the "need to fix" news is not what I wanted to hear). They are fair, and inform you about what needs to be fixed ASAP and what items can wait. Their evaluation is thorough so don't be surprised about what they find. Their job is to advise you and they do it well. I've never had issues with any mechanical work they have performed on multiple family cars. I am long term customer.

OUTSTANDING customer service - as usual. Appointment was on time. Vehicle was thoroughly inspected. I received a comprehensive checklist of what needed repair soon, what to keep an eye on but could wait, and what was fine. The manager took me out to the service bay and walked me through their findings while the car was up on the lift. The service that I elected to have done (brake replacement) was completed within the timeframe promised. The manager and staff were all personable and courteous. I have been a customer of this Midas location for DECADES for a reason. Good, expert, trusted service at good prices.

This was my second time coming to Midas for an oil change, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted with respect, and my car was pulled in for service right at my scheduled appointment time. It’s reassuring to know that when you book an appointment, your vehicle will actually be serviced at that time. At the end of my visit, I was given an informative service sheet outlining the maintenance my car may need in the future. What I appreciate most about this location is that they aren’t “money hungry.” If there’s a serious issue, they’ll let you know, and if something can wait, they’re honest about it and simply keep an eye on it. I came in here a few weeks ago inquiring about prices for an oil change and a few other issues with me car. Savannah took the time to let me know the rates and was very sweet. I booked my appointment then and there. When I got in for my appointment, Chris and Scott were working. I had them do a safety check since I would be driving my car down to Florida. Both of them were great! Chris took me out to my car to show me what was going on underneath, which I loved! They are very honest here and the staff does an amazing job. It’s finally nice to be at a shop where they don’t nickel and dime you. Plus they all have amazing personalities.
