I started off taking my truck to a small business.. unfortunately they were trying to give me the big business.. They were looking for a big payday. Trying to sell me on getting my transmission rebuild and over pricing transmission lines at 900. 00 I didn't needed. That was A Transmission clinic... in Corona.. I got my truck took it to AAMCO They check out my transmission and saw that I didn't need transmission lines they just needed to be tighten.. If you want it done right and don't waste your time and money ... take it to AAMCO !!!

I’m really glad I came here. My transmission was giving me so many problems. I have already went to two places and they couldn’t get the job done for some reason. I was starting to get worried but I seen AAMCO on my way home lol I walked in and already I had a good vibe. GEO made sure that I was taken care of and provided me with good service. He made sure I understand why my transmission was giving me issues and to have a better idea of why it was so difficult to fix. But I’m doing this review now and waited a little to make sure they did the job right. It’s been months and I am super happy I have no more issues and my car is running smooth. Great Service! Honest and reputable. Brought my car in due to sudden hard steering and power steering fluid leak. Earlier last week my car had an oil change at a quick lube place. AAMCO technicians found the power steering fluid cap removed which caused power steering fluid to leak. They topped off the power steering fluid and put the cap on. They did not charge me a single cent for their service! I highly recommend them. Thank You AAMCO for being so honest.

I appreciate the professionalism and timely repair for my vehicle. I went to 3 other shops and everyone told me something different. The interaction with the General Manager Giovanny was pleasant and he kept me informed on the progress along the way. Not only did the AAMCO team fix my vehicle, they treated me like family. I received a brief education about transmissions and how the function and specifically where my problem was. when they told me I needed to leave my car overnight, I cringed but Giovanny was quick to assist and he understand my concern. He offered their car rates and introduced me to the partnership with Enterprise to get a rental. The Enterprise experience was just as pleasurable. Two companies working today made my day, it was great. Great Job!

My experience was just Fantastic! I went in with a 2003 Ford Explorer, they fixed the trans, however it had difficulties after the restoration. So I had to bring it back. Gio, Scott, Eddie and the rest of the team got to work and assured me that they aimed to have it repaired and running at no extra cost to me! I was in great hands and they treated me like family. I had transmission problems and I had gone to other places and was dissatisfied however, since I have a Suzuki and those cars are no longer made, they told me there wasn't any parts here in the US. They couldn't find any parts. I saw the commercial about AAMCO and saw they were transmission experts, so I decided to check them out. I'm glad I made that decision. Giovanni was very helpful and explained everything to me the process and estimated cost. As a single parent, it was hard for me to make such an expense, but I really needed my car. They found the parts needed, and they did it in a good amount of time. It was really fast, and although transmission work is not cheap, I feel like I got a good deal. Especially with the 18 month warranty, it's a wonderful feeling, peace of mind that it's guaranteed. I totally recommend AAMCO of Corona. Ask for Giovanni, I can assure you that you won't regret it. It's a nice little place everybody's friendly I know the rest of the staff are nice too I just don't remember their names. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I'm so happy that my car is fixed and I waited a couple of weeks before I did the review so that I could test it, and my car feels great everything is running smoothly! Thank you AAMCO! Definitely not as stressful as dealing with cars normally is. Had financing options that were easy to apply for. Got my car back in a day and runs better than ever now. I went in for a problem with my brake system and a wiring issue with my windshield wipers and they diagnosed is within an hour. For sure coming back again.

I wanted to wait before I posted my review on this transmission shop. And I am glad to report that the job was done well and properly. Geo gave me the run down on the wait time and job description. He also communicated with me well. The tech, while doing his inspection actually noticed one of my rims was bent ever so slightly in the rear and told me. Good stuff considering I only went in for transmission work. I am overall impressed by this shop and the exceptional employees. I would recommend this shop for people needing transmission work done. They also do work on german transmissions, my 300 srt8 has a Mercedes trans and they were able to work on it for a very reasonable price.

This location deserves at the very least 0 stars. I highly recommend going anywhere else. As the techs are incompetent, brash, and horrendously rude/demeaning to women. I had initially dropped my ‘07 Chevy Impala off within the 1st week of May. It took until the end of the month to receive my vehicle back with no communication, I had to call every other day for an update or any information. Now with the AC broken, but my transmission was running smoothly, the new axel made minor noise but disappeared after 100miles so I wasn’t worried. The end of June I took a trip to AZ and back. As I began my turn onto Van Buren the transmission began to completely give out. It was a miracle I was able to reach my house as the transmission had lost all fluid within the 2min drive from turning onto Van Buren to my home. So on the same day (July 2, 2024) I towed my vehicle back to this Aamco location. I was told that the trans gasket failed. Received my vehicle after a week. In August I had to return again as my axel had begun to fail drastically. I was then told there was a bad axel installed and would need to be replaced. Got my car back again after a week and half (September 13, 2024) went to my mechanic (September 16th-20, 2024) to have my brakes, other minor areas that have nothing to do with the transmission and ac fixed. My mechanic noticed that there was a leak from my transmission, took photos and told me to return to Aamco as my warranty was still good. Took my car back to Aamco the following Monday (September 23, 2024) showed the manager the pictures and asked them to inspect the new leak. Got a call later that day and was told that there was no leak/crack in the seal. But they needed to replace the pan gasket. I asked why this wasn’t found 2 weeks prior when I had initially dropped my vehicle off for the axel. I asked if they checked all the work they did each time a vehicle was brought back to their shop. I was met with a hostile attitude to a simple question. I will not say I was a perfect lady on the phone as this was my 3rd time returning in 4 mnths, and since I grew up in the automotive aftermarket I expected more from a company that is a subsidiary of Icon Automotive. I was then told and I quote “we are the professionals we know what we are doing” my response was obviously not of praise since they obviously do not know what they are doing. As well they have 0 follow up on practically anything unless you explicitly ask. So I asked/demanded they check every part of my car they worked on again before returning my vehicle to me. I did not receive my vehicle again until last Friday (October 4, 2024). Turns out that not only did the pan gasket need to be replaced, the side trans cover was in fact cracked and the connector part from the axel and the trans needed to be replaced (which was done the prior 2xs they worked on my axel.) As well when I received my car back my AC was broken again. Which leads to today. As I drove my vehicle to work I had slipped in first gear a total of 5hxs before 10am. My job consists of driving, as well I live a considerable distance from work. So I need a car that isn’t slipping in first 24/7. I called this morning after my vehicle slipped in the middle of a busy intersection nd I nearly got hit. The tone of the call shifted as soon as I mentioned my name and the issue. I asked what happened when they test drove my car as there is no way they couldn’t tell that the vehicle was now slipping in first gear on their test drive. And since my car is slipping in first 5xs before 10am. I was told I’d have to bring my car back for them to check. Reluctantly I will be returning to this location since each one is under a different franchise. But will still be reaching out to the owners as well as corporate in order to let them know of the shotty work and horrible experience I paid $4500 for. And instead of a better job on work I received an extra 2 months on my warranty for the inconvenience of using this location. I do not understand how they go home at the end of the day thinking they did a good job

Giovanni and Ty are awesome! A shop really mucked up my transmission fluid change and they let me know exactly how many bolts were now missing underneath my car where the transmission fluid is underneath my car that leaked and they addressed everything. I would absolutely recommend the shop. Ladies don’t be afraid to come here. They are very nice and very helpful.

These guys helped me when I needed them last second! My 07 chevy transmission went out pulling into work. I called and Geovanny let me know I could come in and drop it off and he'd take care of me. One week later I'm back in my truck and everything feels great! He was pretty spot on with his estimate and at the time there were coupons he added which helped with the cost and he applied those which was awesome of him to do! I'm happy with the overall outcome of everything! Trust in the process and time cause these guys know what they're doing! I appreciate you guys for the help and service you provided! Giovanni at the Corona location has horrible customer service! This genius had the audacity to tell me that he cant give me a range quote on a complete transfer case repair going off my vin number, said that I had to bring it in to get the number off of the transfer case it's self. When everyone I called prior were able to quote me offy vin. I even called a different Aamco and they quoted me off vin no problem. In summary for all you people out there don't even waste your time here, call Riverside location instead. And Giovanni should get demoted.

Stay away from this shop like it’s the plague. Terrible communication skills. Can’t even give any time frames for repairs. After having my rav 4 for almost a month & not doing the repairs correctly. I had to take it back a second time & after telling then the issue they couldn’t find the problem. Had to take the mechanic for a ride to show what was happening & after more than another week without any communication, I had to call them to find out that they had to take it to another location to figure out the problem and do the repairs. This was a total inconvenience to me for how long it took. Renting cars to be able to work. The least that they could have done was start my warranty from now not when they first did the repairs. I believe I will never recommend Aamco for any repairs! My saying is any major repairs just get rid of the problem & buy a new car. It’s just not worth the hassle & aggrevation.
