I went there because my elderly parents recommended it. The first time I went I had to go back because the item which they supposedly replaced had been replaced stopped working. When I looked at it the party was rusty and seemed very unlikely the part had been replaced. Then I gave them a second chance to fix their mistake. The repair was successful the second time around after paying another several hundred dollars. However, when I went to pick up my car the German guy was so rude and condescending. I actually felt so humiliated I did not know how to react. Finally, I called the shop after I went home and regained my composure. Of course, he answered the phone. I told him that I was offended by the way he spoke to me, it was not businesslike and I thought I deserved an apology. His response was to yell mysoginist swears and implied racism at me and about my kids, belittle me further. Just know if you go there and he's still there you better not expect your money's worth or mind being treated like garbage. I've never experienced treatment like this at a business. I'm shocked and amazed at their positive reviews. I guess tough guy picking on single moms can hold it in most of the time or maybe he's just saving it for an easy target. Either way, don't go here for your own benefit.

Rick and Reini are most honest & upfront folks that I have encountered in my 25 years of dealing with many auto repair shops. I have serviced my 2013 Toyota Avalon water pump and timing belt.
