My car was damaged in a rear-end accident on the freeway, my mechanic recommended this place, it's my first time dealing with a body shop. The owner and his wife were very helpful and friendly. She gave me the phone number of nearest Enterprise to get the rental. They returned my calls and clearly explained things to me. Before insurance haul it away as a totaled vehicle, the owner called me to ask me to come over to clear personal belongs, which saved me time to drive to a car junkyard. In summary, I am highly satisfied with my experience with them and highly recommend them.

Brought my car into ABQ Collision someone broke my mirror off in a parking lot. Leroy the Owner was very nice and helpful. He ordered my part that same day and I came back the next day for him to install it, I waited less than 30 minutes and it was fixed. Thanks for the great and fast job. Will be coming back if anything ever happens to my car again, Highly recommend.

Leroy and his team did a great job on my truck. It had some hail damage after a storm last year, and they did an excellent job repairing the damage AND working with me to make some custom additions that I had wanted. They were great to work with. I will definitely go back in the future if I have a need for body work. I highly recommend.

Had a great experience with ABQ Collision. Not only were the staff fast and friendly, they even stayed open late on a Friday to ensure I'd have my car back before the weekend (and that I wouldn't be charged more for my rental car!). Super happy with the repairs-paint is spot on and can barely tell anything ever happened! They even threw in some touch up paint free of charge. Had to take a few extra steps to get my insurance (USAA) to work with them but super glad I did. Will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future.

I went to ABQ Collision to get a quote to replace the front bumper on my Dodge Ram. Leroy gave me a fair quote and upfront and honest about the level of work that needed to be done. I got an estimate from a big company collision company in town and while they gave me a comparable cost, they were setting me up for additional work that may be needed. I called Maggie back immediate and they schedule me for an appointment the next day and my truck was ready in a couple of hours. ABQ Collision is fast, friendly, trust worthy and performs quality work!

After a string of bad luck, I had 2 vehicles that needed collision repair in quick succession. The insurance companies I was dealing with were trying to gently get me to go with a bigger repair shop that had decent reviews. My gut told me to go with ABQ Collision. By far the best decision I made for my vehicles. Both cars look like new. Leroy kept me updated throughout the entire ordeal. I even got to help with a part that had a special wrap that was needed to make my wife's car look the same. Maggie was a delight to deal with. This place is a must if you need any repairs to your vehicle. The reviews that are here are true and I am glad to add to that legacy. If there is any criticism, they are a small local shop, so it is closed on weekends and early on Friday. That means it may take a little long than some bigger shops. But the high quality work makes it more than worth it. Cannot recommend enough.

Received outstanding service! Leroy the owner is very knowledgeable and a master of his trade. After being rear ended I was tasked with finding a collision center. That said...I made many calls and was treated poorly. When I called ABQ Collision Leroy was friendly and helpful. When Leroy did his assessment of my vehicle he immediately knew that work had previously been done ( impressive). My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and it looks near perfect. I recently had some serious hail damage on my 2014 Honda Civic. I called ABQ collision and he said he could fit me in next week. I waited a week then took my car in. Leroy remembered me and treated me like a King. My car was repaired in 2 weeks and when I went to pick it up it up it looked like a new car! He did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend this place. I have had bad experiences at Quanz and Car Crafters but I found someone that I can trust and charges a fair price and does awesome work. It is never fun to take your car in but if I ever need to I know where I’m going to take all my cars. I would highly recommend this place! He is a winner! The service is excellent as well.

I found ABQ Collision by typing "Top 10 body repair shops in Albuquerque", and they came up in the top 2 or 3. I looked at some of the Yelp reviews, and they were all very positive. One guy said "Leroy is the man". I don't do a lot of reviews, but I have to say, that I agree...Leroy IS the man. He made me feel comfortable leaving my new Tacoma with him, his estimate was right in line with the final price, and my truck looks better than before my accident, since he went the extra mile to buff out all of the scratches...including ones that had nothing to do with the accident. Another body shop had told me I couldn't take it in for a week, and then it would be 2 weeks before it was finished. Leroy finished it in under a week. Everyone I encountered while I was there were friendly, supportive, and helpful. I will definitely go back with any problem I may have in the future. 5 stars. I never give 5 stars. 5 stars.

After my car was in a crash, I searched and researched the best place in ABQ to get it repaired. I read reviews on Angie's List, reviews on other sites (e.g., Yelp), and reviews on Google. ABQ Collision came up at the top of all of these lists. I contacted ABQ Collision and spoke with Leroy (the king!) and he said to bring my car on by. After some great discussions and emails with Leroy and his wife, Maggie, Leroy started working on my car. He contacted me quickly whenever he found anything outside of the original estimate scope. The repairs to my car were finished exactly when Leroy said they would be finished. The car looked great! He matched the color, replaced the headlights, even replaced the little emblem on the front upper grill! The price was very fair and I believe I got the better end of the deal when I consider all of the work that was done to such a high standard. Right after I picked up my car, I drove it to my auto mechanic for additional repairs. My mechanic immediately recognized ABQ Collision and remembered Leroy's name! All said, I recommend ABQ Collision to anyone.

From the moment we called ABQ collision and Maggie picked up the phone it felt like I was speaking to someone I already knew. We had been through quite an ordeal with Subaru already, and then with the insurance company. Maggie made us getting in so simple and easy. She was so nice and I already felt like my car was in excellent hands before it even got to the shop. The excellent service didn't stop there. Leroy walked us through every step and took it upon himself to go to bat for us with the insurance company. This business went above and beyond our expectations and made the entire nightmare we had been through so much easier. I got to shake Leroy's hand and tell him thank you. Service like this is hard to come by. ABQ collision is truly the place to go for all your restoration needs. Should we ever need help again and are in the area I would not hesitate to go see them. I know we'll be in great hands.

Came to Leroy after my 2024 Honda Civic got side-swiped while moving across the country. This resulted in dented wheel wells and completely shattered mirrors. Of course I was nervous leaving my car with someone while I continue my move. But Leroy was nothing but kind and extremely communicative.
