I had a deep scratch on my daughter's new car from a piece of metal in the road. I took it to Next Level and they assured me it would look like it never happened. One star because folks there are super nice. Work is shady. Tried using double sided tape to hold my bumper on. Drilled self tapping screws into my headlights. Bumper cover still not sitting right and paint is chipping. Worst ever and now I can't get another shop to work on it to do it right. They were supposed to put a brand new OEM bumper on, if they did that it would have fit perfectly! If I didn't take it to another shop I would never have know they did this!

Jason and Heather are amazing people that go out of their way to make a customer happy. I have had them work on my car twice and each time I have been totally impressed with their work. I called for information and at first they were super nice and sounded so extremely helpful, he asked me to send him pics of my vehicle which i did and I guess he didnt want the job. I never got a response, a reply, nothing! Crickets...oh well! At the very least respond back and say "I'm sorry ma'am we cannot help you"

What an excellent experience. Was in the process of restoring my project car. There were multiple dents around the car and paint peeling off. Jeremy and his crew Are amazing! From the moment you talk to them to the minute you drive off they take care of you. NEXT LEVEL did a wonderful job on my Corvette! They repaired Two of my road rashed factory Corvette wheels to a factory finish, and buttoned up a little bit of Bodywork to perfection. They gave me an excellent price as well.
