I can’t say much for inside, looked nice. We got our gas and my partner and I were informed about 5 minutes into getting our van set up for the night that the owners no longer allow overnight parking for non-commercial vehicles. The security guard was very nice about it, but it was quite a bummer.

Incredibly nice management and competent, qualified mechanics found here. Skip the Gallop TA shop and come to Albuquerque TA shop instead...you will not regret the decision.

This Place Has Basically Become A Drop Yard. Plenty Of Spaces Available If They Only Towed Away Dropped Trailers. Aside From That Its A Nice Place.

I am very much upset with this particular shop. Was informed when I checked in that it would be about 2 hours. I was fine with that. 3 hours later, I go back inside to only find out it was going to be another 1.5 hours, all to do a PM that would take them 2 hours to do. I asked them to put my first for the morning. He confirmed he was going to be there at 8 am. Perfect. Call me when you get in. Instead, some lady calls me at 5 am. She wanted me to come in then. No, I just woke up because you called me. She then told the gentleman that I was rude and refused to come in. Needless to say, PM didn't happen, at least not there. Won't ever be back there again.

Small gas station for a T.A. still have lots of snacks and drinks and other things. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. We didn't visit the restaurant but their breakfast deal posted sound like a good deal.

Armed guard to make sure that no criminals wander onto the property. Tasty food. I had the : chicken fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs with cheese, hash brown potatoes, sourdough toast with butter and blackberry preserves. Good Coffee. Less than $19.00 USD. Enough food for two people to split. Very big private showers. Enough room for a family of 4 to get cleaned up. Tile floor and tile walls. Clean.

Zero stars for day time. We came here later in the evening last month and got to take a shower together for the 17$. I take like 5 minutes to scrub. together its the same amount of time allowed for one person. The day time lady wants to charge for 2, 34 damn dollar!. We bring our own stuff. Shower stuff and towels.

I thought the price was a little high but the fact I was able to plug my own tire . And to be fair the high price is comparison is to another location that only charge it as a tire rotation and not a hour job . But was an overall good experience and would go back if had to.

This place is not the place to go for service. Your time is of no consequence to these people. I've been sitting in front of a completely empty shop for over 3 hours waiting for a simple trailer tire to get changed. These guys are riding bikes. Folding laundry moving around inside like the walking dead. Maaaan I wish I went to loves.

Micheal the security guard and Audrey the cashier gave me the best customer service. Audrey let me know the sale going on with the drink I was buying that if I bought 1 more I'd get some free, she was so helpful, kind and polite. I told Michael how the company I drive for doesn't want drivers to stay here because supposedly it's a bad area, but he's a armed security guard who is professional and serious about his job! After I got out of the shower and returned to my truck he was making his rounds in the parking lot in his security car. He made sure I was safely in my truck. Employees who behave like Audrey and Micheal need to be recognized for doing a great job. Great customer service!!! Great attitudes! Great manners!

Well up until today, 12/22 my wife and I used this truck stop when we visit my mom. Today we were wrapping Xmas gifts and security came to us and said the manager said no one was allowed in my truck, my wife having a rider policy was excused. But my mom was to vacate my truck. I understood that they didn't want my mom's pov in the back, ok cool. I understood. But TA I don't care for your policy on who gets to hang out in my truck. I will take my business somewhere else. Just remember your business is not the only place in town. Drivers make of this what you will. But I have made my choice to boycott and never give TA in Albuquerque any more of my hard earned money again

I honestly don’t understand when people pretend not to see what’s going on. This man was blocking me while I was trying to park — acting like he didn’t notice me at all. When I signaled for him to move, he just ignored me. Like, seriously, it takes nothing to move forward a little bit!

Not a horrible place to park, the country time diner is not bad. Restaurant down the street LA Sierra was extremely delicious. Walmart is within walking distance. Lots of homeless In the area so just be ready to see people sleeping on the sidewalks... sad
