Excellent parts store. Place was clean and well organized. Very friendly staff. Knowedgeable and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. I like when that happens. My experience at this autozone today was incredible. Zack is the man to go and see. He made sure that on a day I was having a lot of difficulty and very little help from other places that I was taking care of and I could get a battery in my car. He was honest about what he could/couldn't help with and still went above and beyond. Ace customer service. I will return.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I just went in, I needed to find out why my car would not start at times. I asked the gentlemen if he could check my alternator. We went outside, 1st he didn’t know where to connect it then tells me it might be going out. Without any explanation he removes the device then goes inside. I am not a mechanic. I came here for help not to be treated as a dumb female. I will never go there again.

Usually fairly helpful. To day, two workers 3 customer. Not a big deal but the gentleman who could have helped was putting away a batter and some other part a customer brought back. The gal at the register had to go to the back for something else for the same customer. I just thought it would have been nice to help those in line first.

This used to be a good place to go until they change managers. Went in to return an item did not have receipt but did have it on my phone. So they wanted to put her on store credit which I was fine with the person that was helping me switched over to someone else and gave me another person. That person took about 5-10 minutes and still had to ask somebody to help him man ever finally showed up they asked for my ID twice. Took a long time please restrain your employees and the manager needs to help instead of waiting to the last minute. I wish you a man under was back she knew how to run the store.

Disappointed. I have shopped this store for years and all has been well but today when using a warranty to exchange/get new ignition coils, they tried to give me (instead of new) old, used, dirty, oily and mismatched coils. The worst part is that when I pointed it out, they tried to say they were "new" and were dusty/dirty bc they had been "sitting there for a while". Really? Of course, I was not buying the story and simply asked for new ones, to which they complied. Weird and fishy. That's too bad. One note: when I returned the old set (one of which had failed) they just put it back inside the new box and handed me the new set loose. Are they going to pass my old/bad coils on to someone else? This is how easy to lose a costumer (don't think they would care anyway). Oh well...

I have to say this store has really took a completely 180 turn around! I use to avoid this store and this last trip I complimented the customer service and overall stock into this location. Cashier stated they got a new store manager named Andres I believe and he has worked hard to fix the store. This location will be my only stop for my automotive needs. Good job hiring a new store manager!
